We are from New Mexico. There was 1 place we always went, for almost 30 years, that set the standard for us in what mexican should be. I realize there are as many ways of cooking mexican food as there are Dialects in the country. So some of our dislikes are just personal.and not quality of menu items. Still the best Mexican restaurant within an hour's radius. Take that back - the best restaurant period within an hour radius. There's something to be said for people that put the hard work into a tough business in order to run a successful restaurant. Unlike 90% of local yokels that think they can easily succeed when all they know is fry everything and throw canned cr*p on your plate and wonder why they only get a few local yokels as customers and can't grow their customer base....read full review
