The food was good it is Subway. The guy making the sandwiches half way through before he just walked in the back and the other guy had to finish making them was RUDE!!!! From the time we walked in the door Collin was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! IVE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE!!!! THANKYOU TO DRAKE for apologizing about Collin and making our sandwiches and being a good person!!!!
The meat wasn't enough to cover the entire sandwich and the prices have gotten CRAZY for 2 steak and cheese sandwiches it was 28.00. You can go-to a restaurant around here for that price and get a meal for 2.

We ordered online. Pick up is easy. But when we got home my sandwich was still raw in the center. I called and the "manager" said it wasn't possible as the bread was just baked fresh. But just because it was just baked doesn't mean it was fully baked. So I drove up there to show here the raw bread and she tried to tell me it was the grease from the tiny bit of cheese that you couldn't even see causing it to be soggy. There's a difference between soggy bread and doughy bread. She refused to remake my sandwich. Horrible customer service!!! Paid 13$ for a sandwich I had to throw in the trash.

Myself in a group of 6 entered the Subway in El Dorado Springs, Mo. just before 9 pm on a Thursday night. The male employee came out from the back. After the first person ordered, he abruptly asked if all of us were going to order. We said yes. He was disgusted. I told him I thought they were open till 10 pm. He said, he was going to close early his mom was in the hospital. We said ok and left. We backtracked to another business. About 45 minutes later we drove back past Subway and the lights were still on.
