Once, twice, it could be a fluke: The past 7 times we have been here the chicken has been inedible AWFUL and I hope you have 30 minutes to sit in line. It was awful a handful of times we have ordered DoorDash. Wrong drinks, no sides a couple times or sauces. Go to the Valley. Staff is usually in an abundance doing nothing and we won’t be back. Everything you expect when you go to chick fila is not present

Placed a mobile order well within the window for breakfast. When I arrived the carry-out register was unattended. The person who appeared to be the lead shift was goofing around behind the register making herself a drink, which she spilled and just stood there rather than making an effort to clean it up quickly. She then proceeded to comp some food for her coworker at the register I was waiting in front of to be helped without acknowledging me. I then received an app notification that my order had been canceled, all while I was standing inside waiting for someone to help me. I spoke to the “manager” and she did not offer any help and told me I should just buy something off the lunch menu.

I don't know why but whenever I eat from this location I don't feel comfortable and my stomach is upset. I tried maybe 5 or 6 times but the same issue. I don't know if it's their kitchen dirty or the employee's. But Chick-fil-A needs to check this location to make sure the food is clean and they follow the rules as other Chick-fil-A.The table is dirty, the food is cold, and the person cleaning the tables has flue and her nose is dripping ? on the table while cleaning.This Chick-fil-A location is a disaster and looks like totally unhygienic. I left eating thereafter I saw all this. Totally do not recommend it to others as well to eat from this location of Chick-fil-A.

My wife and I arrived around 10:15 am hoping to catch breakfast. We did. My wife enjoyed her breakfast burrito and I ordered a #1, a chicken patty on a biscuit, and a coffee. The hospitality was great and our server was very friendly. I couldn't finish my biscuit sandwich because both the biscuit and chicken patty tasted like they had been prepared 10 minutes earlier, but the potato nuggets were yummy. I went to the counter around 10:40ish to get a coffee refill and was informed that "we are out of coffee." I couldn't believe it. I chose not to complain to the staff, but thought that I needed to share my story with someone. Side bar...the men's restroom had not been cleaned for some time.

Chick-fil-a the brand of excellent customer service right? Well not at this location. Drive thru line moves slower than steak n shakes. Employees act like asking for more sauce is a war crime. Half of the time employees aren't interested in giving you a straw. This location is one of the worst Chick-fila's not only in Missouri but in the country. You are better off going to Chesterfield location where maybe you will get what you deserve.
