TLDR: you need a bagel, you got food.Einstein's as a chain. Fantastic! This location on this weekend... Not so. Ordered online, told 15-20. Showed up at 10 min for 2 sandwiches and a drink. Drink was frozen and broken (on me for ordering that togo) but had a hair in the whip cream (again I just blame carry out). Why a 3/5, the bagel wasn't toasted, the sandwich might as well have come from the golden archs. Definitely not the "all nighter" I've had at other better Einstein's. May try again later and update.

There I something about they way they are organized. Cashier/bagel bar, sandwich maker and two others. Very slow and little urgency despite long line and apparent online process. Need more hustle. Cashier person nice and bagels were good. Little seating.

The iced caramel macchiato style coffee I ordered was delicious. No extra caramel needed. Their coffee is high quality and doesn't taste burnt like some places. I had a cinnamon bagel that was not toasted. It was soft and so yummy. It almost tasted like a cinnamon syrup in it and real cinnamon. No cream cheese needed. The staff was fast and friendly even though it was very busy. The wait time was short. If I had a small issue it would be the lack of indoor seating and the cleanliness of the restroom. Otherwise it was fantastic.

I've been to this location 5 or 6 times now. The people that work here are simply the nicest. Every time I come in they're also having conversations with the regulars and know them by name. You can tell they actually care about their customers.

Einsteins has some of the best bagels around. Their breakfast sandwiches are so delicious. My 16 year old son said that the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich was probably the best breakfast sandwich that he has ever had!

I’m just never disappointed. I recommend asking them to go light on ingredients in the nova lox sandwich - it’s A LOT of filling (unless you like A LOT). Also,I imagine the crew gets asked this a lot, but why didn’t they put the seating back inside after the COVID shut downs?Parking: More spots nearby; pick-up spots

We took our three kids here for lunch today because they've never tried and it we LOVED it growing up. Food was good, staff friendly, but there are NO TABLES to sit at and an odd open space (there is a bartop table along the window with a few barstools). When we asked about it, we were told it was because of Covid. Really silly to not have a place for people to sit and eat. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and most gas station bathrooms are nicer. Likely won't return.
Excellent service and food was delicious, just needs more seating inside.

They recently got rid of the woman who seems to be the best in there. They have hired slow staff who barely put toppings on the sandwiches and can't seem to keep it together unless her and the young curly haired skinny guy is there. They said she got fired and she is literally the only one who can run that place. If she isn't there the place is shit!
