I came to Freddys very hungry and I was confronted by a journal manager named Dalton. He asked me what would you like tonight he was very courteous and he says you’ll love my hamburgers. The french fries are hot and they’re excellent so I took his word and he presented me with a double hamburger, hot fries, and a smile I can only say thank you I wouldn’t go any place else other than Freddys thank you and you have a good evening and I’m not hungry anymore.

Disgusting service. Horrible workers, very impolite and non responsive. Horrible experience will tell everyone I know to never go here. Food was disgusting, service nasty. Everything was wrong. Missing everything, never go here. Everything spilled and overfilled on purpose. Disgusting.

This Freddy's was a lot smaller than most I have been to. They don't put any of the condiments out or have any dispensers. The food and shakes were great and so was the people working there .

Walked in to Freddy's and were yelled at by staff. "Just warning there's a 45 minute wait. We're short staffed and slammed." At this point I think they should have stopped taking mobile orders and shut down the drive through. It's almost as if staff encouraging customers to leave. Lots of $$ spent on building only to let down on food and service. Poor business model

Brand new store with a full menu that does not actually serve everything on the menu.Don’t go to this particular Freddy’s. The manager offers nothing but condescending remarks instead of offering an option. Paid for my meal to learn that they no longer serve it due to manufacturer. Why am I still able to order?? Wow. Terrible customer service.

It’s honestly impressive how often this location manages to mess up orders. Usually forgetting half the things we paid for. Food is mediocre. If this place wasn’t so close to my house I would never ever go here again. I miss the Arbys that used to be there.

We've been here three times, each time ordering two large turtle sundays . The first time, no problem. The second time, what appeared to be an inexperienced worker made the order,spilling half the toppings and washing the cup off. We complained to the manager and she remade the turtle Sundays herself. The third time a young lady made the sundays for us hardly putting any toppings on at all. When you pay over $14 for two turtle sundaysOne expects more than a bowl with a lot of frozen custard and hardly any caramel and hot fudge. I'm afraid this was the last chance to create satisfactory turtle sundays for us.
