The staff at this location all need a refresher class on what it means to provide customer service. While standing at the kiosk, putting in my order and employee yell at me from behind the counter, stating sir, you can’t have your dog in here. I looked at her and said he is a trained service dog, she said oh I didn’t know. When my order was ready, the man brought it to the table, set it on the table and walked away. I asked him where my coffee was. He said oh you have a coffee he comes back and sets a coffee down and walks away. It did not have the one Splenda in it, that was clearly written on the receipt as I requested. There’s a reason these people are working in McDonald’s.

The best McDonald's I have been to in a long time. My order was correct. The person at each window spoke and was friendly. The food tasted fresh and was made how I requested it. A plain quarter pounder w/cheese and well done fries usually gets screwed up at most locations.
Came through drive through 11am in the morning, not busy. Guy had the bag hanging out the window. Should’ve known something was wrong. Ice cold apple pie was given to me…Ridiculous!!! No reason food should be cold and you just started lunch.

refused to give me a packet of BBQ sauce in the drive through even after I said I would pay for it and told me I'd either have to park and wait in line inside or wait in the drive through again....... brain dead business

On this visit occasion very satisfied. The manager who helped us was very nice and respectful. The food was done as we requested.
I have gone to this location twice. I ordered a McDouble with no ketchup or mustard. And I asked for extra pickles and extra onions. Either time I did not receive any onions on my burger at all. I'm very disappointed this location. Either time, I did not receive any onions on my burger at all. It is very sad and I'm not surprised. Don't ever eat at this location. You will not get what you want.

We ordered a caramel frappe and got something with no ice added while making. It should be a frozen drink but no ice at all and was super sweet due to that. There were few items too in the order, had to wait long in the drive thru to get the order and the person at the counter didn’t even acknowledge that it got delayed. Lack of proper training to the staff caused this.

If you are going to be closed put a sign in the window, sincerely the 5 different cars trying to figure out why the drive thru is blocked and the doors locked while employees ignore people outside. ?
