Stopped in to get my wife a mini Togo. 9 bucks but that's expected. But what sucked is they burnt it. I mean bad. I can't find where to post a pic but it was a black rock and they put it in a box. Super disappointed. It needs to be known there that if you burn it, it must be remade not put in a box to be found out later. It sucks but I have learned from it and I will not be back.

Friday, March 1st, 2024 - Pizza was not made to recipe. When we pointed that out at the pickup, general manager just walked away with an attitude. NEVER going back there again!

Hiring very slow children to work for a business is Not very smart. After a 20 minute, wait in line with only 3 people ahead of me and the staff working at a snail's pace. I asked for a pizza on the board. And the slow snail proceeds to make my pizza with the wrong ingredients. And when I ask Her to remake it, she walks away And doesn't come back, and when I asked who the manager was. The children said that person that walked away is the general manager which I find hard to believe because she was a child who doesn't know the recipes. Never coming back.

This location is not good. They always are understaffed. It takes forever to order. They normally only have 2 people working and they are not fast nor friendly. Use to be good but sucks now. Won’t come to this location.

This location of Mod Pizza has gone way downhill. It's not open for lunch anymore. The pizza was awful...way too much cheese, they said was mozzarella but it was not! The 5 employees were more interested in chatting with each other and building to go boxes than watching the oven. Needless to say, the crust came out black! We won't be going back!

We have been here a few times. I'm so so with the pizza, being from NY/NJ I have high standards. My kids however love it! Tonight I ordered a MOD Greek salad and requested some shredded Parmesan on it and extra feta. Even laughed and told her I'm all about the cheese! My salad comes and looks amazing. My husband got the MOD Ceasar with 2 cups of dressings on the side. They asked me to mix it all and I said yes. My husband was not asked and for the same size salad his looked much less. Kids enjoyed their pizzas, The Maddy a cheese pizza and the Jasper, a mushroom pizza. My salad had no Parmesan cheese and no where extra feta! It was underwhelming for the salad as it was. After I ate as much of the olives, cucumbers, chickpeas, feta and sweet hot peppers (good but way much), with the lettuce, there was a lot of lettuce, tomatoes, and sweet peppers left still. Just ok overall.
When I was able to order online, the last several times had to wait a significant amount of time beyond the stated read at time. I actually had to "find" my own pizzas on the counter they were all mixed up. For the last month or longer this location has had order online unavailable anytime have tried to order. Getting email for free delivery, but can't do that when they never take orders.

Could not visit this restaurant because the “temporary” hours said they don’t open until 4, and not at all on Monday and Tuesday. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but no more due to the uncertainty of whether it will be open or not. This situation has gone on for many months. It seems that the “temporary” hours are there permanently.

Pizza needed more spices & flavor. I ordered ? pepperoni & cheese garlic bread . The cheese garlic bread has more spices & tasted better than the pizza.Vegetarian options: Cheese garlic bread.Kid-friendliness: Kids & adults can choose their own pizza toppings/ type of pizza dough.
