Came here a couple days ago mid afternoon ish and employee who was short and who both had a buzzcut were rude the boy acted smart with me and to top it off my smoothie was terrible and it wasn’t even busy. I suggest you let those two kids go…

I made an online order for pickup, and after giving them plenty of time after the said ETA, my smoothie still was not ready.Then, after I state that I'm here to pick up an online order, the lady proceeds to say "okay I'll make that for you real quick." And then proceeds to make three other orders ahead of mine, and I'm the only person in the lobby.I'm just a little confused because the app that I used said my smoothie would be done and ready for pickup. However, that was not the case. An awful lot of miscommunication for a $13 smoothie.

I’ve worked there for a couple of months. Worked really hard on my job. Never got promoted up to the front to make the smoothies or the cashier. They only had me in the back doing prep work. Then one day the manger cut everybody’s hours short. I’d like to say my experience was just okay. Don’t bother working here you probably won’t end up getting promoted??♀️

I gave this location multiple second chances after multiple first chances and I am not surprised, still the same poor service. I go to a Smoothie King about 1-2 times a day during my five day work week plus I do order delivery as well as live and work between two very different locations. I have a pretty good idea what I am ordering when I am customizing my smoothie. This location will disappoint. I seriously cannot wrap my head around as to why this location fails and fails time and time again.The smoothie pictured below was made and bended by the MANAGER!! A manager!!! You can see ice cubes in the smoothie!! This what I am paying for??? Chunks of ice?? Not blended enough??? Too thick!!! I could not drink this. I even switched to a spoon but that's when I realized how much ice was not blended. Wouldn't common sense kicked in when this manager poured this smoothie in the cup to notice this was too thick??? DO THE RIGHT THING!!!I order this smoothie at other Smoothie King's and I don't have a problem with this smoothie or anything I add to it. So why? Why is this location putting out a bad product? Does this manager not care? Maybe he doesn't!!!

Absolutely blown away by this location! We walked in a little after they opened and were immediately greeted. There were two employees visible, not sure if there was someone else in the back. These two looked fairly young, but wow were they efficient. What a well oiled machine! They took our order and finished making 2 smoothies in under 3 minutes!!! And within that time frame they were raving about a new girl that was has been working there for only 2 weeks and was inquisitive about being just as efficient as they were. We love young hard workers. This attitude will get you far in life. It's absolutely refreshing to see, hear, and know there is hope for the future. And I would like to point out that the bad reviews here are from customers who came in close to closing... Maybe just chill at home and go the next day? Or leave a generous tip if you're going to be THAT customer. I promise you you won't die if you don't get a smoothie just before 9pm. Just follow Gremlin rules and don't partake of smoothies after 8:30pm or else you'll be possessed to leave a bad review for your poor timing.

7:45pm, I am told they are "done" with smoothie bowls for the day. It's clear they do not enjoy making them. At first she said they were out of Açaí, but then I said Pitaya was fine and she quickly said they are "done" for the day. I get it. You don't need my business.

I don’t understand why or how this location even runs? There is times a manager is not present? Like do kids just have keys?? It’s unfortunate that no one is trained in customer service.Orders are never made correctly!! Yes, one star for an apology and they will remake it. Yeah that’s great. Are they gonna do that every time? Why can’t just make the order correct the first time to avoid any type of inconvenience! Period. If you order through DoorDash be prepared not to get your correct order, missing items, and missing ingredients! It’s order not even modified!!!Who is going to be accountable???? A manager that is not there? Seriously it’s not that hard; It’s Smoothies and snacks environment. So why make this so hard?

We arrived at 8:30pm and the front door was locked. The signage indicated the store closes at 9pm with no indication that they were closing early on the inside. The staff looked us in the eyes and did not come to let us know they were closed. We decided to try the drive through, where we were able to order. The menu was poorly lit and difficult to see. We asked if the lobby closes early to which the staff member said yes. I will not be returning to this smoothie king after this completely unprofessional experience.

$12 and 15 minutes later. Really smoothie king? Take some lessons from vitality bowl. It’s half way full unlike your advertisement. Total rip off. Three employees inside, 2 cars in drive thru, and 1 person inside who ordered. One employee seems to know what he was doing and trying to micro mange the 2nd guy who looked confused AF and just meandering around. Third employee, blonde girl, sitting down in back hallway.

This is the one restaurant I can always count on for delicious and healthy smoothies . Great for anyone who is trying to eat healthy and still wants something that tastes amazing .

After reading other reviews for this location, I can assure everyone there have been no improvements made here. Disorganized employees are visibly confused about whose order should be made and served when. I waited way too long for one smoothie and to add to the frustration, 3 customers who came in after me were served and gone before mine was even out of the blender. Clearly, there is nobody in charge of the chaos. The smoothie was just OK. For $7 I expected something way better. I will not be back....
