When Someone Says No Pickles And No Mustard and The burger Is Covered with Both Every Time then Often times they arent Going to be Happy. I Know Im not. I Hate mustard cause once I smell It It's All Can Smell or taste for Hours and Yall Put a whole Jar of it on so I cant wipe it all Off. I also Live far enough That I dont Wanna Drive back for The same thing.Ill Just make my own next time since It takes 3 times longer to Get a burger I cant Barely even Eat anyway...

Long wait in drive thru, wouldn't have been a problem if I got hot fresh food. The fries barely warm, some not cooked enough and the burger wasn't hot.

Went through the drive thur today. The workers where really welcoming and very active towards us. Food was given to us fast and fresh. We honestly thought it wasn't gonna be the best but everything was a 10/10.

Third time here in a month and won’t be back. First two they messed up a simple order. This time I waited 24 minutes for 1 sausage breakfast sandwich. And it was cold.EDIT: 12/7/23Tried again for the kid. He wanted a chocolate shake from here..This is the sorriest excuse of a shake I have ever seen…

Today I was there and ordered btwn 1:15 -1:20 in drive thru. I ordered a whopper Jr meAl. The young lady interrupted me 2-3 times b4 I could state what I did and did not want on my burger- eventually I gave up. Then at the end of convo I gave her the changes. She gave me my meal ( which burger was not even warm) and she handed me a large Diet Coke- overflowing bad. She said Oh sorry and closed the window. So I pulled away and looked for napkins- NO NAPKINS ! I had none in my car . I think she needs more training - her smile is not enough. ST
I love BK but sadly none near my home have good food or service so we were so happy to visit this establishment. The staff were super nice and even boh asked if we were helped already. Food was hot and made as requested.

Everytime we eat at Farmington store, it takes 20-30min to get our food. Today, ordered two rodeo burgers and it took 22min. When they finally brought them out, they forgot the hamburger patties... Worst managed store in southeast Missouri.
