Food and service was great. The seating area was very dirty the booths seats were in bad shape,tables were dirty need some tlc to the restaurant over all.

Major short staffed .....The 3 on site lacked efficiency. The older male managed to take the time to walk a full circle around the exterior to smoke a cigarette while 8 people continued to wait for food to be prepared. 25 minutes for us, a group of 3 women waited 10 min from when the 1st plate was done till the 3 rd plate was ready. When we finally got our food, another couple waited another 15 min before they were served ..their wait was 35 min....portions & quality of meal was well below all our visits. For $30, we can eat at the local Mexican Rest for less with table service. Really spoiled our day!!! 2:38 on April 2 nd we placed order....not at all Lunch Rush!!!

They are usually pretty good in comparison to other local fast food restaurants in this area. I enjoy their shrimp it's better than long John silvers imo. However I know a couple of the employees and was disappointed to learn that they don't provide their employees with a free meal only 50% off a discounted meal but only while they are clocked in.and that meal must be consumed whilst on the clock so no taking their meal with them to enjoy at home after a hard day's work. And no type of discount while they are off the clock ?. It's no wonder they don't get much interest from prospective new employees. Do better captain Ds...

If I could have told everyone when I worked there, not to eat the food. I would have. If I could have had a health inspector there, I would have. I got hired into that place with nothing but respect, loyalty and teamwork talked about the entire interview, and orientation. . . . I tried so hard to deal with the place. The managers don't clean, besides Kirk, they talk so much trash behind everyone's back and cause drama in the work place.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a health inspector drop in and just walk into that kitchen. . . . If you see the front counter area and drive thru is cleaner than the grill area, that's because I was deep cleaning, both my fiancé and I while we were employed and we were told not to...that we were making others look bad, and specifically that it was Dales job...(Another manager)I hired into this place with full intentions on becoming a manager. Until the mask came off. They DONT TRAIN you!!! And then Nancy, the GM talks to you like your dirt, when it ISN'T your fault you don't know the entire job description specifically because they failed to tell you.The assistant manager is pregnant, so that means she has no reason to do her job, because pregnancy makes you handicapped. She specifically told me my first or second day she doesn't care to get to know names or train you, simply because people never stay.Don't you think they'd want better for their store. Poor Kirk puts up with so much!!!I tried so hard to be above and beyond to try and help, just to get treated with disrespect.I highly recommend a health inspector in there immediately. DON'T EAT THERE!!!! There's dead fish behind freezers, they never clean the grills or the floor around them....I was specifically told they haven't done a deep clean since the main people came down, and I was told that was 3 years ago.Captain D's itself, the owners, have had no problem making things right where the GM wouldn't with my fiancé's paycheck (as it wasn't her personal problem) I just wish I could have had every customer comes behind the counter to see where they're food was being cooked....how it's SO UNCLEAN.

Ridiculous rude management. I ordered through Captain D's website for delivery. It took more than 40 minutes to get the delivery-no problem. The problem started with several items missing from the order. I contacted Doordash who proceeded to reach out to the restaurant. No answer. I was then told I would need to contact the restaurant since I ordered through their website. I was able to get through the first time only to be told by a RUDE manager that I would need to get the missing items from the restaurant....I ordered delivery for a reason. I simply asked for a refund of the missing items and the DD driver tip since they did not ensure the order was correct. The manager then proceeded to tell me that I would need to return the WHOLE order to get a refund. Seriously?!I called Doordash again to see if they could once again get through since I was able to and AGAIN...this place will not answer the phone.Horrible management that is not willing to make things right. At this point, they have not provided items that were paid for... a great way to justify theft Farmington Captain D's Management!

I have to say the food was as expected. However, the restaurant is filthy every time we come. I cleaned two tables off with the spray hand sanitizer I had with me and some paper towels. One table for me and my husband and the other table for another couple who couldn't find a clean table.

Went here 4:00 on a Monday. Dining room was closed doors were locked. No sign or explanation as to why. No sorry for inconvenience no inside dining at this time. Drive through was open but came from Potosi by time I would have gotten food home would have been cold and no good. Don’t waste time if you want to dine in for hot meal!!!

Have a 3-star rating for atmosphere as the restaurant was full of smoke from burning grease. The smell was not pleasant. One door was open in an attempt to vent, but was not effective.They were under staffed, so serve time was extended... But posted sign did ask for patience.Had my granddaughter not been looking forward to fish that night, we would have left.
