A self-service buffet, salad, pizza, and pasta. Good pizza, the crust was thin and hard to cut. Sauce was not acidic. Don't see what you like, let them know and they'll make it. Great for families on a budget. Will return. Returned with the grandchildren for a Birthday event. All went well . The crust was NOT hard to cut. Easy cleanup for us and the kids had a great time. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of variety on the buffet this time. Awesome sauce, literally! ?Kid-friendliness: The arcade is all of my kid's favorite part.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheel chair accessable entry and seating. My brother is in a wheelchair and he's not a fan of the bathroom squeeze space but he can fit.

I had not eaten at CiCi's for a couple years but I went with my son and his family this evening. Absolute everything was on point. All the food was hot and fresh, salad bar was perfect, staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten the young man's name who looked to be in charge.....he was just great. I don't know why I really quit going but tonight definitely regained my business because I'll definitely be going back. Great job!

Only reason service wasn't more starts was I had to ask 3xs about getting to go cups. And then when we got ready to leave the busgirl threw my cup away after I just filled it and went to fill up my daughter's cup, when I turned around she had already threw it out. The last few times I have been in there the buffet was always crashed. The employees were very rude. The only one that had a smile on their face was King as we call him. The bathrooms were nasty and looked like they hadn't been clean in a month the ceiling vents were so loaded of dust you could see it falling on tables. If it wasn't for my son wanting to go eat there and play games I wouldn't go. But my son gets what he wants.

Honestly cicis used to be good and the staff are nice but it's not good anymore I see no one use Gloves making the food, it smells like weed or smoke inside, and the place is dirty. The food isn't the best.
