Hands down the WORST Chinese food I've ever eaten. I ordered the honey chicken, pork fried rice, black pepper chicken and crab Rangoon. The Rangoon was the best part of the meal. The honey chicken tasted like it came out of a bag and was soggy. The rice was terrible and tasted NOTHING like pork fried rice should. And the black pepper chicken was mainly huge pieces of bell peppers and onions. They did get the order done pretty quickly, and the lady who took the order was friendly, the order was correct. However The quality of the meal was not good at all. I'll not be returning.

They have posted on the door please be patient due to short staffing. But there's a difference between patience and the server just not caring. The food was AMAZING! The service I've frankly never had worse at any fast food or dine in resturant. I'll have to think long and hard before going back.
Love this place. Was so sad when someone else bought out the Ho Wah in my town. The food is great.

I ordered takeout and I picked it up through the drive-thru and the food was good itself not very hot and I waited in the Drive-Thru for almost an hour just waiting on my food and there was only two cars in front of me when I pulled up and I waited 25 minutes after I got to the window and I paid before I finally received my food that wasn't even very hot

Hot food! Not like the other dives in Farmington. Best Chinese food within 100 miles.
The last few times I had gotten food there it wasn’t great but just ok. Decided to give them one more try today. Chicken was so hard I couldn’t even get the fork through the chicken. Way over cooked and barely edible. The crab Rangoons used to be the highlight of the menu and now they’ve changed them and the quality and taste is no where near what they used to be. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I don't care for the atmosphere, but I think that's a personal opinion of mine. Lo mein noodles were so dry that it was disappointing, and I'm not a picky person. The only good thing was that I was there with my family and the waitress was great.The Chinese buffets are closed on Mondays or we would've never gone to Ho Wah. Good crab ragoons.Kid-friendliness: They do have booster seats and high chairs.
