4/7/24 Restaurant temperature was very warm upon entering and seemed to get warmer as we sat there. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was hot and served quickly. On this evening, the restaurant was mostly empty and we could hear the manager speaking to her staff in a loud, unprofessional manner. The manager/cook’s tone and words implied she was impatient and disrespectful to the waitress.Our waitress never let the manager’s disrespectful attitude stop her from serving us with a smile.

Huddle house in Farmington is one of the best Huddle houses in the area . They pretty much always get my order correct and out to my table in a timely fashion. No complaints rn.

The food was small portions, my burger was hard in certain parts of it- hurt my teeth:( . I think my burger was frozen & heated up; also very greasy. My husband's hot chicken sandwich did not have much chicken on it. We were given a very small portion of fries. The pancakes were not very good. Our waitress was nice. Everyone seemed sad& they didn't seem to want to be there. We heard the manager talk to her staff& her tone & what she said to them was not very nice. My husband said the manager was awful .Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

The staff are great, but always struggle to get a full staff in for a shift. We hear , nearly Everytime we go there, how short handed they are.Dietary restrictions: Always sugar free condiments are available.

My first experience at a Huddle House in Illinois was not a good one. But visiting this Huddle House in Missouri was alot better visit.Walked into a very clean dining area and was able to seat right away. Our waitress came directly over.He had breakfast and the food was good. Being in a small town alot of the customers and staff seemed to know each other and chatted freely back and forth. Made for a very pleasant dining experience.Definitely a place we will dine again.
Kaylee was our server. The best by far. We will return. Hope she is working.

My husband and I went here on Thanksgiving day. I can honestly say we will NEVER GO BACK! The WHOLE experience was awful! YES, we knew it was Thanksgiving day. So upon approaching the entrance, my husband was told, "Thank you for your service," as he's a military Vetran. He said "Thank you", and we all made small talk upon entering. We all went to our perspective seats. It wasn't very busy about 6 tables were occupied. About 1:30pm. We sat while deciding what to order and put the menus aside. Ordered our drinks Waited another 10 minutes for those. We sat for 35-45 minutes before our order was even taken. That should have been our warning! Another 35 minutes goes by and said orders are delivered to our table. My husband got his burger and my order was completely WRONG. I ordered steak,I can't even explain what was on the plate other than gravy. When I told the waitress it was not what I ordered, she got an attitude and processed to tell me that my NEW ORDER had to go to the back of previous orders! Needless to say that's NOT how it goes in restaurants. I asked to speak with manager and she came to the table I explained the situation. She processed to to snap and respond with- " YOU DO KNOW THAT IT'S THANKSGIVING DAY! RIGHT!" At this point we said that we were leaving! Asked for the bill She again snaps at us with- "NOT BEFORE YOU PAY YOUR BILL!" We had no intention of NOT PAYING for what we drank. Well, husband had taken 2 bites of his burger *that was cold when this all began. Needless to say we paid for the drinks and left! Best advice... ""DO NOT PATRONIZE HUDDLE HOUSE in Farmington Missouri!'"
