Tried calling in an order 5 times for no one to answer. Was driving so I could not use my app. Walk in to order and the girl with tattoos on both arms gives me attitude because I was ordering the 2 pizza wacky Wednesday special. I said I’m sorry I couldn’t order online cause I was driving and no one answered the phone. She said wish I could get a break. I get they are busy, I expected that since they didn’t answer, but to give the customer attitude for ordering in store!!!!

Burnt. Crispy would have been great, but I purchased two pizzas for over $50, so Ithought that quality control would be paramount. Not the case.

If I could give this store less than 1 I certainly would. Food terrible. Service terrible. Rude and Incompetent employees. I hate that I've ever spent money here, they refuse the right their wrongs, even with proof of receiving the wrong orders, you're met with an agreement and told to take it to their website. GM is even worse than the people working for him. Don't waste your time or money here.

Best ST LOUIS Style Pizza. Best Deal is on Wednesday, Wacky Wednesday 2 16" for the price of one. We always order the Meat Lover's & The Delux. Great service at both the Farmington & Desloge IMOs stores.

The pizza is great. All the food is great. They have a special on Wednesday. If u buy a extra large pizza u get one free. It's about $25 for two extra large pizzas which is a great deal. There friendly workers.

First time I called in and I'm a regular, I got a Zoomer... Second time I called I got a wonderful young woman named Kayla... She had awesome customer service skills, which is hard to get these days, had my order delivered by another awesome employee! I don't do hardly any business with pizza places anymore, because of the rank customer service, but Farmington Imo's is totally worth the money spent.

Every time I order from this imos ,my pizza is hot and exactly as I ordered it . The folks at the counter are helpful and friendly and the store is clean (some thing I look for and the biggest reason I won't go to Pizza Hut in this area) Great food and great service.

I mean, it's Imo's bro. Being a native of St. Louis, I grew up eating Imo's Pizza, so it's great to have a location nearby now that we are living in Farmington.

DON'T BOTHER.. It used to be good even though it was pricey. But, always has been. Now I ordered the fall feast (LOL) when it got here it was cold, the salad was just lettuce with a hand full of shredded cheese on top without any other toppings that make a salad and the ravioli was missing. The driver knew she forgot the ravioli and said it was in the pizza box so she could leave with the money. Called the store and was told the driver was on her way back with ravioli, another lie. Not worth the price anymore when they send the driver out with more then 1 order without a way to keep pizza hot. I know as I use to manage the university city store in St. Louis years ago and had hot boxes to keep them warm.
