Stopped at Jack in the Box for a quick bite, and it was a mixed bag. On one hand, the convenience of a pit stop is appreciated, but on the other, our experience left much to be desired. Our order was mixed up, which wouldn't have been too big a deal, but then it was handed to the customer behind us, adding confusion to our visit.The cleanliness of the place didn't impress either; both the dining area and the restrooms could definitely benefit from a bit more attention and care. It felt like the cleanliness standards were not being met, making the dining experience less enjoyable. While Jack in the Box usually offers a reliable option for fast food, this visit suggested that there's room for improvement, especially in service accuracy and facility maintenance. Hoping for better next time.

I think J Box has given up. After paying the amount that I did, my food was overcooked and cold. Hire some people that actually care about what they are doing and not just angry because they have to work.

Well at store #4060 in Farmington Missouri at 3:12am I dropped in and picked up some food on my way home and I'm always happy with the svc and this morning was the same food was excellent and all my items were ?% correct and at 3am that's awesome!Hats off to the location I go to and the crew they do there job well and in today's world that's really cool. Thanks JB' good Job!
The service was good on the other hand the food was hard like it had been way over do to throwing away it was discussing.Vegetarian options: I'd rather eat a salad than their hard fries and their crunchy wraps or burgers.

Jesse is always friendly and accurate...he's the best...
It was absolutely awful the people are lazy in there and our food sit on the counter for 25 minutes and we weren't the only ones there was several of them that they had to give
We set at the menu for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order when they did come up they said they was backed up there was only 2 other cars in front of us so i dont know how they was backed up ordered our food double checked the order when we got our food we checked it and it was wrong and the fries tasted terrible went in to have them fix it and they had 10 to 12 people working so still trying to figure out how they was backed up and maybe 5 people eating inside so anyway got my replacement food and the burger had 1 little peace of bacon on it 1 little don't of catchup I wish I would of taken a picture but at that point I was done
