Went to Jimmy John's in Farmington Missouri. Stood and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order. 5 employees were working. One girl said hi when we walked in. No one said we will be right with you or anything. Waited until we decided to just leave. Was our first time eating there and we will not be going

We have never had such a negative experience as we have had at the Farmington Jimmy John’s. We have always ordered peppers on the side (for those who do not care for it or those who are allergic), and it has been no problem at all. We have been to JJ in Missouri, NY, TX, and all across the US. Never an argument. On two different dates, the JJ in Farmington has legitimately argued with us that it cannot be done despite them having condiment cups visible. Today, the manager actually yelled at my husband in argument against it. We are always willing to pay for them, we don’t expect them for free! It was such an ordeal that we left without our sandwiches. What a disappointment for one of our favorite family establishments. We will not return to this location if this kind of customer service is allowed.

$30 for two sandwiches max incorrectly, a drive through menu board is incorrect and the service is terribly slow. Employees walking around inside goofing off and not working

The worst experience I've had in a drive through. I had to place my order no less than 3 times. Each time it was read back, it was missing things or completely wrong. It was an order for 3 people, nothing special just wanted them as they came. After sitting in the drive through for 10min I got to the window only to find out my order was still wrong.

Driver's park in V.A. Handicap parking spaces and RUN INSIDE, JUST WROOOONG! I wonder if it's standard policy....since it only blocks up the handicap people's spaces FOR A FREAKISHLY FEW MINUTES? WOW!

their drivers park and block the handicap spaces...even at the veterans administration medical center! terrible! i wonder if it's jimmy's standard policy to park in the handicappers spots since they're only going to be inside freakishly fast??? horrible business practice!

Ordered a sandwich , took a while to get here. Opened it and it was wrong. Called and they weren’t friendly didn’t even apologize and said they would bring a new one and take the old one back, which was fine. Just didn’t like the customer service. Not friendly on phone.
