Chicken was great the service was terrible had to wait around 10 minutes to be waited on for just a bucket of there special on Tuesday which was already fixed and ready to serve. Also the overall dining area and prep area could have used a little bit of cleaning and employees could have been a little bit more friendly and helpful.

I ordered a #8 with NO gravy on the potatoes. They drowned the potatoes in gravy.the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. $15 for raw chicken and they couldn't even make the side dishes properly. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not recommend.

We ordered family meals, spent $60 and they didn't give us any forks or butter for the biscuits. So we had to go inside. The cashier was rude and we had to wait in line because they keep all that behind the counter. Took twice as long to get the forks than it did to get our food.The chicken was hard as a rock, I couldn't even bite into it.

My husband went thru the drive thru a little before nine, and the person was extremely rude and was trying to get rid of him due to them closing soon, she asked how he wanted his chicken he said extra crispy, she said oh we only have original then when he asked for slaw she said oh we are out of slaw, then he said that's ok I'll go somewhere else, her reply was. Ok bye. This was the KFC in Farmington mo on 3/18/24

Showed up exactly at 8pm, door says dining room closes at 9 pm. Someone comes up and locks the door before I get a chance to get out of my vehicle to pick up a mobile order. I go through drive thru, and was told to pull forward after telling them I had a mobile order. Someone hands me food and a drink, doesn’t ask my name or anything. No customer service skills at all! I parked my car and looked to make sure I had all my food, all I got was a nasty look from an employee out the window.
