The food here is amazing. I didn't expect it. I ate there unexpectedly and then wished I had more. The atmosphere was a little different but this is a totally different kind of place. I will definitely eat here again. You don't get a Zen atmosphere in many places.

I picked up 10 meals to try and the meals were nice but very salty. I only purchased the meals with chicken in them and the chicken was dried out and extremely salty. I won't buy again because of the salt and the dried out chicken. The staff was very nice.

I pick up these meals at the Sunset Hills location and the customer service is usually good. They have given me meals with out of date stickers before, so pay attention. My biggest gripe is the sodium content (> 700 mg in two meatballs!) It's on the level of frozen meals (loads of preservatives). I could get $5 Amy's frozen meals for that kind of sodium. Other local meal preps that I've used (Ful) did not have that kind of salt. I'm not ordering again.

This was our second week getting healthy lean kitchen meals because we truly LOVED our selections from last week. Kali here was phenomenal again this week. She is such a sweet and compassionate helper when it comes to providing information and answering questions we have about products here. It has been wonderful having healthy selections throughout the week. It has saved sooooo much time and has given us the freedom needed to be successful with our fitness goals, all while enjoying really delicious selections. Last week was a bit of a leap of faith as I was unsure which of the meals I selected would be something I liked and which I did not. But by the end of the week, there wasn't a single offering that disappointed. Perfectly portioned, I feel like these have been able to curb my hunger in a healthy way. Very impressed and will be returning.

Their food is healthy plus they have a variety of meals to choose from!! The most important thing is that every meal that I have tried… everything tastes great!! Not spicy and not bland, it’s a perfect compliment of flavors.
