Picked up bread yesterday and it looked like it was dropped and then stuffed in a plastic bag it looked like a hot mess. Pieces were broken twisted and turned. Returned it today told the manager and he looked at it said sorry gave me a new bread and a sorry card for a pick 2 on them? WOW could not even give me what i ordered today, $16 and change for my time and say sorry, but no they can't. I could not believe they would let something like that go out In a drive through order. I guess I need to start checking my bag now before I drive off. Plus I always give them a tip before I drive off.

Always out of bread.... Couldn't get any of their sandwiches or bread bowl tonight because they had no bread or baguettes ? How can you run a business and be out of everything hours before close?

I’ll say this, the employees here are the stars of the show. All of Panera’s food is just bland, with small portions that are overly expensive. Everything they make you can make at home for cheaper and much better, and it would probably take almost the same amount of time.

The food & atmosphere is always good. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the service is bc no one is actually waiting on me. You do the service yourself. But as far as anything else, the staff is friendly and nice.

I went in loving the food and walked out hating this fricking place and now I can't even think of going back without getting even more frustrated. I went in for one bread and one muffin, and it took just a bit over 20 minutes for them to let me know that they didn't have the bread, and to just get me my single muffin and then wait for the manager for the refund that by that point I was ready to just take the loss. I do not mind that they were out of my bread and I wouldn't have cared if I didn't think anything could have been done, but when I can see how every fricking employee is competing for slowest zombie walk while I'm waiting forever for a single muffin that is when I get super upset. I have bad joint pain at night that leaves me slow hobbling around my house, and I could have beat them in a marathon compared to their speeds. I love their food, but the just terrible slow service for something so simple they just have to grab from the case is what is the issue. This was just terrible on the employees parts and that is when I get angry enough for a bad review cause I know how hard it is to be in the service industry. Am not going back for at least a long time, God dang so much time I'll never get back just sitting on that wall sofa staring at their slow walking and looking at their order tablet that mocked me by letting me know that they were 'prepping' my order. Wonderful food, great lobby and inside, slowest employees ever.

Used to be really good. Last 6 orders either wrong, short, late or out of what was ordered. No longer a customer.

I haven't been to a Panera in many years. I was looking for something slightly more healthy than your average fast food joint this afternoon for lunch so decided to give it a try. Man was this ever disappointing! The bread was so hard I needed two cycle oil on the side to start my chainsaw to cut it into bite size pieces without losing a tooth or getting lockjaw! The sticker shock was an even greater wow factor. I ordered a sandwich and a soup under the "pick two" label on the menu which I was told would make it less expensive by the nice lady behind the counter. With a description like pick two I thought I was looking the 9.99 price for the sandwich and the soup then the extra $3 for the drink. NOPE! You could call it a pick 1, pick 2, pick 12; it doesn't really matter it seems because everything is still individually priced. So after all was said and done $10 sandwich, $5 soup and $3 drink plus Uncle Sam, I just blew $20 on a meal that was mediocre at very best. I could have eaten anywhere else in town for less than this and had something much better than this! I'm experiencing a severe case of buyers remorse! It feels like I bought a used Ford Escort for the price of New Rolls Royce!
