Literally every single night I go here to get ice cream they say the ice cream machine is down or the lady says shes cleaning it. Everytime!!!! It'll be an hr or more they r still open even but ur outta luck if you go for ice cream.

We waited at the speaker for a good minute, nobody greeted us.The other speaker orders were being taken, we even waited for the other side to finish ordering! Nobody ever greeted us..The cashier cashed the person out in front of us and completely ignored us.The other cook at the window saw us and waited a minute before she put a headset on and asked us what we needed.We reported all of this to the "manager" Nathan and nothing at all was done.He didn't have a headset on either, they told us they only had 1 cashier and yet the manager doesn't have a headset on?If there's one cashier and multiple different cooks then one of the cooks can slide and help the cashier, or at least the "manager."If you know you're short staffed then plan damage control.I will be reporting this to the GM as well.Absolutely ridiculous to Absolutely ignore a customer, never greeted once. Couldn't even order properly due to the lack of staff.

Before last month, the last time I had Rally's was a decade ago. Went back when I saw they had their chocolate/vanilla swirl cones again and it immediately brought me back to being a kid and getting a cone after a game. They have affordable food, great portions sizes, and I can't complain about any of it. I appreciate all the workers and here's to hoping they never get rid of the chocolate again. ?????

My dog & I have been visiting this Rally's for 3 years. I drive across town, past multiple burger joints, to get to Rally's. The burgers are thick & juicy like handmade patties, the seasoned fries are always hot & the wild strawberry ice cream tastes really good & has real strawberries in it. It's run by teenagers. That's usually a bad sign, but not here. The customer interaction is great. They work hard in that little place & always seem happy. My BIL agrees that Rally's has the best burger in town. Whatever you're doing is working. Please keep doing it.
