Employee taking my to-go order at the register was very insufficiently trained. He didn't know where anything was in the register. Was not familiar with the menu. I took three separate attempts to get my order right and in the system.Parking: Plenty of convenient parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to roll yourself in.
Hamburger was good Don't like the fries if I wanted shoestring fries I would go to the store and buy a can of thr shoestring potatoes the fries were cooked to long and were hard.Parking: Right out front of restaurant plenty of parking spaces and plenty of clearance between you and the person parked next to you.

This place is hilarious. We got a leaky coffee mug. We asked for some milk for coffee and they gave us like a gallon in a huge glass. One of our silver sets only had two knives in it. The breakfast bowls were cold and comically small. I'm surprised there wasn't just a table in the corner on fire. I'd be surprised if this place survives the night.

Our server, Sophia, was very unattentive. We had a request of no mayo on a breakfast bowl and a completely plain chicken sandwich and she repeated it back but we got the food and neither were done. It wasn't even on the written ticket. She not only dropped the food off but also the ticket! Then said do we need anything else as all our drinks were empty. Refills and drinks took forever then my grandma didn't touch her bowl since she can't have spicy and it was on there and asked for a burger. Didn't take the bowl off the meal. Then the burger took.35 minutes to come out. During that time she never checked on us. Very dissatisfied. And the breakfast portions were pathetic.

We were seated right away. After waiting over 25 minutes we left. No one took our drink order or acknowledge we were there. They were not busy. The staff had time to stand around and joke with each other. Sad! They used to amazing.

The wife and i ordered double burgers with pickles and onions , got order got home no onions and the drive thur person repeated the order back to us and Said onions and pickles. Things happen.
Frisco melt was delicious as always!Service was a tad slow, but it was noon. Very, very kind people let my 94 year old father and I be seated ahead of them. Lots of nice people in Farmington. ☺️Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly.

Dawg i went up in there to too get milkshakes and a Frisco melt and i specifically asked for it not to have frisco sauce (twice) and they still put the sauce on the burger not to mention the shakes tasted like they had put expired milk in them.Couldve done better.
