Overall the worst subway experience I have ever had. Utterly disgusting. Trash food everywhere in the dining hall. Soda spilled everywhere where the floor is sticky. Trash cans over flowing. One staff member wearing gloves. Cross contaminating ash they went. The boy in the back was rude and high out of his mind accused me of stealing on top of it all which I had to prove to him with my receipt that it was all paid for. None of the staff members were in uniform. "Booty shorts" are not proper work attire for food prep or family oriented environments.

Leaving 2 kids in there to handle peoples orders without a manager is just stupid. Ordered online and i was even 10 minutes late to pick up..yet i still had to wait. Get home and order is wrong.

We ordered a large order for a business for lunch on 2/17/2024.When the order arrived through doordash, the receipt was correct.. 3 12' subs, 5 6' subs. We received 6 6' subs that were not our order to begin with. The store stated they were in a 'rush' and gave our order to someone else who happened to order the same things? Really? When asked to correct the order they stated we would have to come get it. The girl whom answered the phone said she cancelled the order and threw the receipt away. I asked for a manager, and another girl, not a manager got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. I made a point to let her know we would escalate this above her and she said "Go ahead". Well, Farmington Subway, you lost 9 customers today that frequent your store and we will be sure to share the situation so to send others to another location since the staff here cannot be bothered to do their jobs nor have any customer service skills.

I would have made it a no star, but it won't let me. It is disgusting every time I go in there. They're flies everywhere, the vegetables are not fresh, they're really mushy.They do not taste fresh, the bread is never fresh, it's hard. I used a lot love Subway before. They just don't care now. I wouldn't feed it to my dog.Recently I place the Order and it was a veggie Sandwich. So coarse, that means no meat, and they put. Pepperoni on my Sandwich and I actually accidentally ate it to bites and I was sick for almost 3 weeks. I am not eating any kind of meat at all, not seafood, not no kind of meat at all over 20 years. And all they did was say well. Sorry and refund my money. They didn't drive a comensade me at all. The lady actually had an attitude. She didn't even really care and I was very upset. I cried and everything because I've been vegan so long in to her. I was just, uh, sorry, we made a mistake. I will never again go to the way never.And I really will not recommend it to anyone like. I said they're always flies all over the place. And everything there cannot be sanitary. And I'm not retarded. I can't read or write anymore so I have to talk to text. Everything that I'm trying to rewrite here, so you can just pretty much.See what I mean with my words? I had a stroke in AANB roadshow. So please do not think I'm retarded whoever is Reading this. I just want you guys to know that. They are not a good place to eat anymore. And I used to go at least once a week. But they have really falling off.

Food is always great. If you do an online order you miss out on the service part but that's to be expected. They always have what I want and it's ready to go when I get there to pick it up.

Door and website say open till 9. Came at 8:14 and they turned lights out when I pulled up. Which is fine if you close early now. But you should definitely change it on door and online .

We ordered online,food was already ready I went to pick it up but they did have one our sandwiches completely wrong and it was close to closing but they were very friendly and did refund us the money for all 3 sandwiches so Over all good experience

The store close at 9 but they turn off all the lights at 8:30 to pretend like they close and the workers hide in the back...Got a sub sandwich that was sloppy..They put my order on the wrong bread and food was still cold....They don't train they new people because one tried to double charge for 1 sub before
