I've only had one bad experience at this restaurant that we use and that's because we ordered a burrito, a beef burrito with no beans and all that came was with cheese and a shell. I have a picture of it somewhere I can post but it was a one-off and I don't hold it against them.

Did a mobile app. When we went through the drive through it was not ready, guess they had to make it. Not sure how they do therr mobile app. But I thought it was supposed to be quicker. Food was good though and staff was friendly.

If you order from inside they force you to order using the frustrating computer kisok instead of talking to a real person....despite the fact that there is a real person standing behind the register. This is the 2nd time I have seen this at this location. I WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN A PERSON not deal with your silly computer screen. When I asked the gentleman at the register why he can't just take my order and why this location is forcing customers to order using the computer he said because they are going to remodel soon, removing people from the register completely. Sad. I just left and went to the other Farmington Taco Bell instead where I talked to a HUMAN at the register like normal.

Was eating dinner here again for a while now. But I think that's gonna have to stop again. Something has changed about their food and not for the better.
The food was fresh and hot, with some vegan options available. Drinks slapped ✨️. Customer service was brief but enjoyable. The staff are quick, attentive, and efficient and see that your needs are met when given proper communication(s).The restaurant's usually busy around breakfast(8 a.m.), lunch(11 a.m.), and dinner(5 p.m.) with an hour or so lull between; the drive-thru is open from 8 a.m.- 3 a.m. They have free parking and handicapped spots included with 3 points of entry.Vegetarian options: A few basic items/snacks, but nothing extensive.Parking: They have free parking and handicapped spots included with 3 points of entry/exit. Be careful exiting onto Karsch as there's an elevated lip where it's a bit harder to see oncoming traffic from the left.
