This Taco Bell needs to replace the evening manger by the name of Darren. First of all we got the wrong order which okay I understand mistakes happen but when we told Darren about the problem with our order he caught a nasty attitude and started rolling his eyes then we accidentally hand him the wrong receipt and he proceeds to ball it up and throw it at my husband’s face. I’m not sure if this is how he treats paying customers or if he was just having a bad day but either way that it’s disrespectful and disgusting. He needs to be fired immediately. He could have easily gave us a simple refund or gave us what we paid for, instead he assaulted my husband and ruined our night. Darren needs to be taught some manners and needs to find a new job if he doesn’t know how to solve problems. The other two employees (the cooks) did what a manager would do and remade our order and apologized for the behavior of their manager, it was literally that simple. We are visiting from out of state and if this is what Missouri has to offer we definitely won’t be coming back.

The service was slow. The food was greasy and taco shells broke to pieces. The atmosphere was like everyone was mad waiting for there food. Then a lady came in with her dog in her arms. Ordered stood by soda machine with the dog. Then sat at a table and let her dog eat food off the table. No it was a service animal either. Not one worker said anything. That's gross and disgusting.
