Seated promptly, order taken quickly, drinks, appetizers, and food arrived in a good spacing. The server was very good. Atmosphere is quiet and calm for eating. We have been to Emmett's several times and always have had a good experience.
Great food and classy small town atmosphere! This is not just a cafe or diner, it’s a classy restaurant with very impressive food. Highly recommend.

Was in for Dinner tonight with my wife. We had a new waitress, Amethyst. She was very friendly as she took our order. Our drinks, salad and bread came out quickly. But, our entree was late as she made a mistake when she turned it in. She was very apologetic and the team went to work and got our entrees out immediately. The food was excellent as we have come to expect. Due to the mistake they did not charge us for the meal. This was not expected, but appreciated, We still tipped our waitress and thanked her. She is going to be a great waitress. Emmet’s is consistently one of the best places to eat in the area, including Columbia. We highly recommend Emmets and will be back.

Currently closed Monday - Tuesday due to staffing shortages. I was in town for work and looking for a good lunch spot. Unfortunately, it is a Tuesday and the restaurant is closed Monday - Tuesday due to staffing shortages.
