Sunday at about 6:30. Place is a 2/10 on the busy scale. Also, not understaffed by any means. Juju was friendly enough the two times she visited our table as the server. But this has to be said.We sat down, ordered, and got the lukewarm food (not her fault & not the end of the world but obviously not optimal). Then she offered one of the three party members another beer. After he declined, she didn’t bother taking the empty glass (whatever, I guess. Not the end of the world again). Then she didn’t come back for 15 minutes until it was to bring the checks we didn’t ask for. We were all still eating…mid-bite, actually. The checks were also incorrect. We were kind patrons; the subpar service was unwarranted. Didn’t offer dessert, didn’t refill any drinks at all. The one effort made to refill a drink doesn’t count because that was only 1 person and the other 2 didn’t need one at the time. Just didn’t really make sense. I regret not snapping a picture of the table including everyone’s half full plates, the 3 empty cups, and the check in hand, all at once. She was and we were verbally friendly, so the whole experience was just subtly obnoxious (oxymoron? maybe?). There is no justification for the lack of attentiveness.

We go regularly but I don’t know something doesn’t seem right as I am noticing a trend. My son didn’t feel well in the evening after we had been for lunch. I myself have been kinda blah even after getting different things. Now here we are this evening and were there for lunch and my other son puked and claimed the mac didn’t taste too good today. The 2 sides of cheese sauce I got were cold and separating on the top.. maybe had been sitting out a while? I don’t know but something is telling me we are getting sick from this place. Judging by some photos in other reviews the place is kinda dirty. It’d probably be safe to say the kitchen could be the same and they are probably leaving stuff out longer than they should or beyond expiration dates.

Ellie was our waitress and she was amazing! We were there to watch UFC fights and she checked in often to ensure we had all the drinks and food we wanted. She never made us feel rushed. Our order came out wrong and she got it corrected right away. Thanks Ellie!!

She made sure our food got corrected, our drinks were full, and made us feel welcomed to stay for the title fights even though they lasted a couple hours. The atmosphere is like any Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff here has always been great, but Ellie was the best!

Just ordered 20 wings to go . I paid $30 for 20 wings . If I would have seen them before I paid . I would have refused to pay for them . 20 wingsTHEY ARE SO SMALL IT IS LITERALLY NOT ENOUGH FOR ONE PERSON.Also they taste horrible.This is the worst carry out I have ever gotten.I see this place closing down in the near future.I bought 20 wings that taste horrible and it was really only 6 or 7 wings.I know they have destroyed the CountryBut this is sickeningThen they want a tip for carryout alsoI think I paid 30 dollars for 5 dollars of food.Plus a $4:50 tip.I have been this upset with any reatraunt.They need to close this place down!This place should close down

Mainbar/ high-tops & family dining table/booths partially seperated. Features a rather large outdoor patio, which is roofed and equipped with climate control. ***Service was spot-on. In a world of customer service declining, this establishment maintains its integrity. Reminiscent to the early days of an epic Buffalo Wild Wings experience***

Overall satisfied but no one was there to greet at the door at walk-in. I had an online order for 100 wings which were good. But waited a few minutes at the counter before I was noticed. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Once greeted staff was friendly and had my order correct hot and ready to go.

We always go after work between 9-10 on a Friday. The food has never been bad. It is always hot, fresh, and delicious!! The waitresses and waiters that we have are always so nice and helpful. We have not had one bad experience!
