We normally frequent the Eureka location but thought we would give the Fenton location a try. The service was absolutely horrible. Lots of staff but only one at the counter. None of them that I saw appeared to want to be there and no one ever smiled or greeted anyone. The food was good but the experience not so much. Eureka runs their location like that famous chicken place. ? I will not come to this location again.

Got a $6.50 rootbeer float tonight that was almost all foam, no rootbeer with 1 tiny scoop of ice cream. this kind of thing has been happening more and more at this particular Culvers so this shall be my last visit. Goodbye Forever!

Fantastic customer service. I had been given the wrong receipt, which I needed for reimbursement. Ashley went above and beyond and emailed the receipt to me.The food was also excellent. Highly recommended if you live or are traveling through the area!!!!
If you pay for cheese sauce, only expect half of what you paid for. Edit to say I politely asked for all of what I paid for and was refused. Apparently in Fenton you have to pay full price for half a cup of sauce.

As far as service goes, I could give 100 ⭐! This Culver's absolutely has the BEST, quickest most friendly people! They are always nice and smiling.I've been to other Culver's. Fenton MO is THE best.Thank you!!The food is always spot on. Personally, I love the fish. But, WHOA! The Ruben they have for March? SO good! I'm sure the calories and fast are crazy, but I shared with my husband and we LOVE it!The custard is so rich and creamy, we like that they have a different flavor of the day, too!Kid's meals come with a free scoop which is nice!We'll see you soon!Parking: Dinner, the parking lot is pretty full, but you can still find the random spot. It DOES get really packed though!But doesn't that say something about how good they are?
