I think the area has alot of impatient customers! I go here often and it isn't always fast however it is always fresh and great! Bread has been fresh every time! Does have alot of younger staff so be patient!

We placed an online order several days ago. Yesterday, my wife received a rude phone call that we'd have to pick out order up early because the store was closing at 4pm. We cut our plans short to make there before 4 and on our way there we received another phone call asking us what time we would be showing up. We told him that we would be there in a half hour (well before 4). When we arrived the door was locked and my wife was let in by an employee. When she expressed her displeasure with having to come early and the rudeness of the caller, the employee said "don't start with me. I don't have to make your order.". So she said fine, cancel it. He said "Done! Now you can leave.". As she's walking out, he said loud enough for her to hear "that b***h coming in here and starting with me". When she turned around to ask if he just called her a b***h he told her to get out.Fantastic job. Wonderful management. Such customer service.Don't support this location. Other Jimmy John's are much better options.

I just had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant when I went through the drive thru at the Gravois Bluffs location. I sat at the drive thru intercom for 5 minutes at least waiting for someone to come on, I even said hello a few times and no one ever answered. I assumed maybe the box was broken as I was the only one in the drive thru line. As I pulled around the building to the window there was one car getting an order. When I got to the window I told the guy that I didn’t order yet and was unable to reach someone on the intercom. I said this calmly and politely and even reiterated that I thought maybe it wasn’t working. The guy rudely replied to tell me I was just impatient and should have waited. In all of my experience in drive thrus typically someone comes over the speaker if they are busy and says we will be with you in one minute. I asked to speak to a manager and he grinned and said I’m the GM. I literally could not believe my ears. It was SO unprofessional and rude. It’s sad because I have loved Jimmy John’s for so long and have never had a bad experience with them until I came across this guy. Needless to say I will never go back to that location.

Bread is hard as a rock, nothing was cut, but really the bread was the waste, my kid couldn't even eat half the sandwich

closed earlier then posted.... hence the hours correction submission. These were verified by employer who unlocked drive thru window to speak to me.

Won an auction item from Jimmy John's at this location from a local grade school for a party platter, and when I called to order it, the owner denied the order because he "knew nothing about it." I warned the school to not ask for this again since they did not hold up their end.

When they’re open it’s great but they are literally never open. Google says they’re open, all the lights are on, workers in the store but can never place an order on the app or in the drive thru. No signs up saying they’re closed or anything. It’s kind of annoying, I understand having staffing issue but at least update the hours on google and maybe have signs posted in the drive thru and on the door literally anything.

People that work there are fantastic, I'm legally blind and they were very accommodating. And the best veggie subs anywhere, hands down!!! 10 out of 10Vegetarian options: The veggie deluxe is amazing, there are a lot of other veggies you can add aside from what comes on it and the avocado spread is amazing.

Says open but not open?

Food is good they are rarely open in the evening during posted hours, so I would just call ahead before eating time driving up. At least 4-5 times in the last few months I’ve come by for food during posted hours and they are closed.

Place is a joke. Aren't open half the time and when they are you have to wait till they feel like helping you. I'm in the store right now. Only customer and I've been standing here 10 minutes because they are "doing shift change." Guy behind the counter doesn't look like he can count much less balance a register. I'm gonna walk out now.

Thomas is amazing! He always goes the extra mile and is always more than pleasant and helpful. If he’s not already the manager, he definitely should be. Thanks Thomas!

I work as a technician, driving all around stl. I eat almost exclusively at jimmy johns for lunch every single day. This location has a number of problems from weird hours because of hiring issues(I understand this and can overlook constant changing hours because of lack of help), they only provide unsweet tea with artificial sweeteners only, and depending on who your cashier is, determines if they want to accept your rewards system or not. Sometimes they can be bothered to walk to the register by the window and use your rewards, other times they simply tell you they arnt accepting rewards right now. All of the rewards issues seem to stem from a keypad that they only have at the window register.I go to jimmy johns because it’s fast, easy and hard to mess up yet with constantly changing hours, intermittent acceptance of rewards and issues with tea, they literally manage to mess up my experience almost every time I come to this location. Of all the jimmy johns stores in the stl area, this is in my opinion, one of the worst ones. I think this is my last day visiting this location. I will have to find a new food location when I’m working in the bluffs.Make no mistake, they haven’t messed up my sandwich yet. Just my time, drink and money.
