The dining room is in a constant state of filth. Nowhere to sit because every table is dirty, every visit. The floor is disgusting. It never use to be this way.

My family and I came in friday the 5th, around 7. They were surprisingly busy for how close to close it was. The people in the front handled the stress well, extremely polite, and thorough. Food was great! Will visit again!Kid-friendliness: They offered coloring sheets and crayons at the register, and the kids meals came with kids sized cookies!

I ordered online a toasted turkey and cheese kids meal, w/a lemonade. My receipt stated that it would be done at 1:22pm. I got there in plenty of time. I was on my lunch break. Once I got there, I just got told were short handed, I get it. I'm short staffed as well in my company, so I ordered so I could do a quick pick up and get back to work. I stood there for 25 min, asking about my order. Was just told were short staffed. The front gentleman was up there by himself. One blonde girl, (looked new) was just trying to make it thru the register to place an order for a customer. Noone there to direct her. There was a employee that was wandering around, think she came from the restroom. As she was walking by me and a couple other customers, you couldn't help but see her jeans, were completely ripped out in the crouch and down her inner thighs. Dirty hair, dirty jeans, not helpful at all. I get that they are short staffed, my company is as well. But there was not presence of a manager in the South County (Lemay Ferry/Lindberg) location. I took the meal. But I trashed it once I got back to work. I did not want to take the chance of it being mishandled. Hygiene needs to be spoken to at that location, a manager on site to show new hires how to run the register, other employees assist the front. No team work just the rolling of eyes when someone asked where their order is. Definitely will not be going back to that location. Sad..cause its in the same plaza as my job.

Love McAlisters Club/ club wrap. If you don't like something on it, they'll take it off.

We first discovered McAlister’s back in 2009 when we moved to the area. We loved the food and the place was clean. Since then and especially since the pandemic, the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere have majorly gone down hill. The place is always dirty both tables and the floor. So nasty. The potatoes have only gotten smaller through the years and several of the other menu items including their soups, salads, and sandwiches just are not tasty or good quality anymore. Staff in recent visits have been strange to say the least.

I stopped going to McAlisters several years ago, but went back again recently. The first return visit was awesome! The next several visits were not so good. Upon this visit I stood at the counter for 1-1/2 minutes waiting for the counter girl to turn around and acknowledge me. (no one else near me) She felt it more important to talk to her friends through the window to the back I guess. When she eventually turned around, I gave her my order, and asked if she could apply my AARP discount. She had no idea what that was, and asked one her friends in the back, who replied "that is only for online orders". I called McAlisters corporate office to mention the recent problems, but the only interest they had was in acknowledging the AARP discount for counter or online service. I do not order online to go, or at the table, as they charge 2% extra for using that service, the service they provide. No other restaurant I know of charges these fees. We frequent Chic Fil A many times because we can sit at a table and order.
