Well I’ve avoided this imos for 3 years due to the bad reviews so I don’t have a personal experience. Considered it today for 314 day because it’s close, but looking at the reviews of the customer service towards people spending money in that establishment and the recent pictures of horrid looking pizza!..I’ll pass and drive further to a better IMOs!!!.

The manager at airport Rd Ferguson mo. Is very rude loud wouldn't let me talk because my pizza left the store when I checked at 442 I called them at 515 asking why my pizza been out the store for almost 30 minutes she got on the phone yelling it's coming then hung up. I called back requesting her name the young lady said she couldn't give it to me and she will put her back on the phone .I told her to cancel my order and they lost my business and I was on my way. But I decided to let the world know how unprofessional,rude and loud. Now as I'm making this review the driver shows up at 544 and I told him I cancelled he got an attitude. I told him that's why I doing a review and it's all in my ring camera. I will never order from this location again.

Customer service training is needed at the Ferguson Imos. Nell the manager needs to respect customers and learn respect and compassion.I had an unsatisfactory pizza delivered to my home, He refunded the pizza, but I took it back to the location and he wasn't apologetic at all. He had a nasty argumentative, defensive attitude.I didn't use any curse words when I spoke to him, I thought he could have been more compassionate and offered to replace the pizza for me.I hope the owner cares enough to talk to him about this matter.

Not many parking spots and there is nowhere to sit inside, so order your food in advance and pick it up. It's a small little spot but don't let that deter you, the food is perfection! Imos is a must visit pizza spot known for its "stl style" pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy and thin with your choice of toppings accompanied with the signature provel cheese. I got the "sweet heat" pizza which had the sweet and spicy pizza sauce, chicken, bacon, and red onions. I substituted the chicken for sausage. It was fresh out of the pizza oven and sooo delicious! I also got a salad with their signature Italian dressing which it a creamy sweet dressing, I even bought a few bottles to take home. This staff was friendly and got me in and out which I apppreciate.

Very bad attitude when I tried to call and place an order. Customer service is horrible. The lady I spoke to acted as if she was angry that I was calling to just place an order. Just nasty for no reason!
The pizza was hot and delicious!!Also I think it was the manager who delivered my food because delivery driver went home for the night!.I definitely would recommend this Imos!❤️❤️❤️???here’s a picture.Sorry I ate most of it ?
