Is China Buffet closed permanently?

We were seated quickly upon arrival. The restaurant itself appeared clean, as did the restroom facilities. The buffet itself was immediately impressive with a very wide selection of foods and in particular a small sampling of sushi rolls stood out in its own section as well as a dessert bar & ice cream cooler. It had a lot of food to choose from it was very well-made and I do like Chinese cuisine, I go here with a very large group when we do go here and they make sure to give us a double table for all of us.
