The young lady that took my order and the young lady that brought my food to me were really sweet and professional. I ordered chicken quesadillas and a Caesar salad. The quesadilla only had chicken, which was not very tasty, and cheese on them. There was no pick at all. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

When we first got there we was told it would be a hour long wait, and it ended up being more like 25min. Which was AWESOME... They are still practicing social distancing, so people had empty table between them, also a plus. Our waiter (Lorenzo) was the best!!!! Food was hot and AWESOME as well. This has been my birthday spot for the past few years and this is why.... Just overall AWESOME

Not once but twice, I took my family here to have dinner and was told that there was going to be a 2 HOUR wait. The place seemed like it was normal for a weekend but there was NOBODY even waiting to be seated. We were told that they were all "waiting in their cars"... The parking lot wasn't even full. Seems like this establishment promotes laziness and lacks customer service. They still have good food though.

We were quoted 15 minutes but waited 35. We then waited 5 more minutes to be greeted. 15 minutes later we got drinks. Food was great.

I WALK IN NO GREETING FROM HOSTESS (STRIKE ONE)!!!!!!! I then asked for a table for two please. Advised there will be a 30 min wait ( Hungry and tired) I asked the young lady may I just sit at the bar, she said yes. Get to the bar. NO GREETING or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of being present or even existing from the young lady tending the bar, she just continued to do what she was doing. Patiently WAITING to be greeted or acknowledged, I sat for about a good 5-7mins give or take. When the young lady finally comes (she didn't greet me but she did say her name), she sits my napkins and straw on the nasty bar top which apparently hadn't been wiped down from the previous guest (I had to ask her to please wipe it down) I thought that was a given (EPSPECIALLY DURING COVID) (STRIKE TWO)!!!!!!!! Waiting for my friend to arrive I kept watching the door of course. As I was watching I observe a Caucasian couple come in. The gentleman put up two fingers, as it was him and a lady. Hostess sat them IMMEDIATELY!!!! Now FURIOUS, I get up and approach the young lady (who also happens to be Caucasian), I don't like playing the race card but I am observant and this is my OBSERVATION!!!! I ask her about the 30 min wait for a table of two. Now let me remind you that I have now been there maybe 15mins. She said I thought you wanted to sit at the bar( I only opted to sit at the bar because I didn't want to wait 30 mins. I then asked for a manager. Manager comes, doesn't introduce himself he just said who wanted a manager. I tell him what has taken place and after I'm done he says DO YOU STILL WANT TO EAT!!!!!!!! (STRIKE 3,4,AND 5)!!!!!!! I LEFT!!! The people will be no greater than the leader!! CUSTOMER SERVICE OBSOLETE!!!! MY EXPERIENCE ON 2/23/2021 WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FROM BEGGINING TIL END!!! THE STAFF RUDENESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM, AND LACK OF EMPATHY IS A REFLECTION OF POOR LEADERSHIP!!!! IF my observation of racial discrimination was in error I TRULY APOLOGIZE it is not my intentions to label anyone who doesn't deserver it. HOWEVER my EXPERIENCE WAS VALID and I HOPE this will NOT be the experience of another PAYING customer African-American or Caucasian. BELEVIE IT OR NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! SERVE IT!!!!!

A friend suggested we eat here - and because the food and service was great at the Illinois location- I thought this would be a great choice - I was wrong. First I tried to do a call ahead order - but the line was busy - I later found out why - so I placed my order online. I did and it said to pick up at 7:40. I arrived at 7:44 - and called to let them know I was there. They finally picked up / but said real fast we are busy - please hold. I waited and waited and waited more - so I hung up and called back. When I did they tried to do the fast talking we are busy please hold - I was able to say - I just want to pick up my food order - the guy said “ pull around back to spot 1 -and I will bring it right out. I drove to the back and the spot numbers are so small you can’t read them- by now it’s past 8;00 - see picture. Finally a black girl comes out - and says what’s your name - I told name and explained that the guy said to pull to spot 1 and he would bring it out/——. So I wait more - watching the same girl bring food to 3 other cars. At 8:20 my food finally arrives - (40 minutes late and wait) But it gets better - I ordered my sandwich with no onions and peppers - the label says it - but the sandwich had onions and peppers - ( see pictures) and all of the food is cold - prob because of the 40 min late and wait. I will never be back to this place.

I waited over an hour for a pickup order 02/14/2021. The order was incomplete and I had to request our beverages at least three times and that wasn’t accurate either. Normally the food and service is good but it was cold and had to be reheated.

Worst Pasta I'd ever eaten, tasted very uninspired. I won't be ordering again. I ate and it left me feeling unfulfilled as if I could of chosen a better place to eat.

The worst experience I have had at a restaurant. The young waitress was fine so she is the only reason they have 1 star. The food came out wrong twice and luke warm the second time. The manager was terrible in how he handled this. Instead of just wiping out the bill and apologizing. He was condescending and wishy-washy. I will never eat here again. Terrible.Response to owner. Let's get this correct. I did not ask that young woman anything. Indeed I explained to her that listening to the man at the table for my order was wrong. I not only told her she should never look to someone else when I am ordering but told her to have some agency and not answer his questions. She told that man her age and weight and she took her mask down when he asked. I defended her and went off on him or did you not hear that the woman at the table was defending her. Do not equate me with a person who I was there with as you are doing the same thing as she did. Refer to this man. He isnt on here reviewing. Get it right. I gave her an additional tip for the trouble the kitchen gave and told her to get the manager to do his job and get the kitchen right as it was hurting her money. I did not eat anything there as I stated the food was terrible. And we were there that long because your kitchen couldn't get the food right. We were not the only table with issues. Your response here shows how terrible you run this spot. And as I said I will not be back at a poorly run establishment we agree.

Zamya's World!!

Well first of all l know do to covid we have to sit in our car but the manager (NICK)was very rude with stating this fact and mind you soon as he walked to our car we got a text saying our table was ready. When ordering from the menu l asked for a filet mignon which is on the menu but they dont have it in the back, how do that work. So we get the pasta and it has shrimp in it which l didn't ask for because my daughter is allergic.
