The staff doesn't listen to you when ordering. They got everything wrong with my order. You constantly hear the cashier calling for her mama. They are rude to customers. Having to beg for ketchup is ridiculous. Plus this is supposed to be a A&W instead it's Long John Silvers. Everything is fried in that grease and everything taste and smell like fish. This place would be better closed down!!!

A&W / Long John Silvers. Surprisingly clean, but the employees seem to be perpetually stoned and don't care. They seem perpetually unable to process debit card transactions and they're generally out of stock often.

I've noticed a consistent line at A&W, so I opt to go in. Although I still encounter a wait, the fantastic customer service makes it worthwhile. The staff's welcoming attitude adds a positive touch to the experience.

My partner received coupons in the mail for this place so we decided to go there and save some money with the coupon that is only for this location. The cashier immediately greeted us with "Thanks for choosing Long John Silver's, can I place yoru order". We placed our order which seemed to be a bit of a struggle with our cashier. The menu is half blacked out on the A&W side as it has not been replaced. The Long John Silver's side is well lit so I think despite my saying I wanted a #6 meal WITHOUT cheese on the burgers and only with mustard and pickles was throwing our cashier off. When we finally get past the grueling part of ordering, I present the coupon to which the cashier immediately says "Sorry we don't accept coupons". Nevermind it says it's only for THIS location and unexpired. Not in the mood to argue, we pay full price. She then opens the window again and says they don't have pickles. We immediately tell her it's OK, we have some at home. She hands us our two drinks but only 1 straw. We get home and the burgers are labeled for which one doesn't have cheese. My partner's burger doesn't have cheese but has a huge amount of mustard AND ketchup even though I specifically told her only mustard and pickles. My cheeseburger had the same situation but I was OK with it. The fries tasted like Long John Silver's so no surprise. I am really bummed out about the coupon. we waited in line for 30 min in the drive through line. we order 2 combo meals. There were 6 people standing around doing nothing. It appeared to be one person working.

Actually I was having Long John silver's that is with A&W it was so busy that they actually stopped taking orders in a dining room I don't know if the staff was stoned but there was no supervisors giving any kind directions or anything I'm going to give Captain D's a shot before I go back in there

20 minute wait for food at counter. Counter people very polite. People cooking seemed unorganized and overwhelmed. Food was not worth waiting for. I won't return. Get a new manager.

Can't give stars for quality of food. Sadly we sat at the drive through for 30 minutes stuck between cars. Should have known the place was lacking by the sign on the drive thru speaker saying cash only drive thru. But offered credit/ debit inside the lobby. I guess it's too much to ask a employee to walk your card 3 ft to slide it. Makes the situation and overall experience suspect at the very least. Do not go there period. It's a waste of time for absolutely zero effort. Worst service ever!!

Sat at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to take my order. No one did until I said hello. I was the only customer there. Ordered a soda with no ice and they gave me a cup that was half full. Waited 20 minutes for the food. No one came to tell me the status of my order. I finally flagged the worker down to ask how it's coming. She checked and came with my order about five minutes later. No apology. I was late for a work meeting. Read the reviews while I was waiting and saw that lots of folks have had the same experience. And yet it hasn't been fixed. Steer clear of this place unless you have lots of time and patience.
