Horrible Horrible Horrible. The fries were cold and all if them were hard as hell. The whoppers woth cheese was dried out, yet you can get it your way...Iwanted extrapicklesvand onions, cut in half. The soda had at least 6 cubes of ice in it. I had to shake the cup, to get my soda to get some kind of coolness....really...I hate having a taste for something and when you get it, and It's beyond Horrible. The only thing worthwhile in the bag was the ketchup I had to ask for 3xs. I get it short of help every where. But still send out quality food that taste, the way, it should look.....

First off, I was nothing but polite to the staff the entire time. Got to work, found out they spit in my food, took bites out of it and put something in my drink.

If you order "No Cheese", this is not the Burger King for you. Ordered Big Kings (no cheese) and they had cheese on both. 3rd time in a row. Seriously! They move you out of the drive thru, so it's difficult to check.

I can honestly say, the service was great. The cashier (green hair), was very professional and was multitasking as an employee should do. The food was hot and my fries were hot, crisp and tender. I enjoyed my whopper meal to the fullest.

I don't understand Burger King in Hazelwood Missouri on howdershell how they can pay employees when they're not making any money go up there many many times and be told that they are out of the food or that are not open yet their sign says they open at 6 in the morning I went up there many times at 6:35 a.m. to be told they're not open yet or there be a 30 minute wait seriously close that store. No good to complain the Arielle manager goes in one ear and out the other what a waste of time

All the BK chain has done in my lifetime is go downhill. People's exhibit A here. Nice staff but poor prep. Might try it again. Maybe.

OMG! The best whooper ever, fresh and the fries were on point, cashier was nice but I didn't like him saying he was ready to go home, you never say that to a customer but I get it to, he's tired and lack of staff but I'm glad it didn't show in the food.

Just get to the point Burger King ran a special and this Burger King could not provide the special because of something they were out of including napkins, I don't think I have to go any further you come up with your own conclusion from that other than I won't be back
The service there was horrible, the workers are not friendly at all, the food was horrible, someone such as corporate should go get that place together or shut down, trust me I wouldn't miss it being gone at all at that location, it's sad cause I actually like burger King food, but that experience there got me not wanting to go to any burger King for a very long time I'm sorry but they are terrible at that establishment!!!!

Chicken sandwiches were rancid!Time before today no one was answering their drive threw lane.Tried giving another shot and first bite of chicken sandwiches and could tell they were rancid.Never going back, sorry. Burnt one too many times.
