The night manager is a jerk. Bought a whopper that had obviously been assembled much earlier. It was so soggy it dripped thin juices and the meat was gray. I was afraid to eat it. Tried to return it and the manager was hostile and kept the receipt.

I ordered a wrap and the meat in there was not done I won’t be back to that one
I ordered fries,nuggets and a lg coke. The nuggets were like rubber and the coke was diet and not regular.

Came in around 6:15 p.m. I made a mistake with my order, but the cashier was super friendly about it. And it felt good waiting in the store--the cashier was loud, respectful, and effective, keeping the workers in the kitchen moving at a good pace and flow. It also felt like every person was important, and I really value that. This BK isn't on my way anywhere, but it's great to know where I can find good service.
