I ordered takeout today and submitted my order at 11:29. Ready time was estimated to be 11:39. Let the cashier know I was there and patiently waited for my order . I intentionally ordered online ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to wait because I was in a hurry. I watched several people that ordered after me receive their orders. I continue to wait and finally went to the counter and my order was sitting on the counter the majority of the time. Not happy.

The food is so darn good!!!! I’ve had the burgers and the wings and can’t go wrong with either! The homemade ranch is to diiiiiiiiiiiiiiie for, so freaking good! I didn’t get a chance to try the shake today because they ran out of Oreos but it’s definitely on my list of things to try next. I say give this place a go! I met one or the owners Suzette the week before last and she was so sweet that I had to keep my promise to come visit one day.

Their services are SLOW, like to SLOW they need TWO cooks! Also it seems they’re more concerned about doordash orders, than walk-in orders. While currently sitting here waiting for my order, I’ve seen 3 people come in for doordash orders and walk back out! Also every new customer that’s come in the cashier has told them that it’s only a “10 min” wait yet I’ve been sitting here for 20! You want me to wait but don’t have a public restroom that’s not cool AT ALL

My burger was absolutely the bomb but the cashiers attitude was trash. She didn't greet anybody she didn't ask what we wanted She just seriously had a bad attitude and no form of customer service whatsoever. Our visit was March the 22nd at about 2:00 p.m. do better

My travels took me north—well, more north than I usually go because I don't need to go there much. But a colleague said the best burgers were here at Bus so I had to try them. So on a cool spring Friday night, I finally made it, and the place did not disappoint. The burgers, of which I had the Bacon Sourdough Swiss Supreme, is exactly what it sounds like: two pieces of sourdough toast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, two smash patties, and bacon. An absolutely tasty burger, my friend, who I dragged with me, had the mushroom Swiss, and judging by the noise made while enjoying the burger and being told that was an awesome burger, leads me to believe it was also tasty. I also got a small basket of fries, which were good, but a best fries debate is not something I am looking forward to having. Overall, it was a great burger, and I would recommend checking this place out if you ever find your way around one.

Has no public restrooms in a restaurant I can’t even wash my hands before I eat my food. They told me to walk across the parking lot to another business to use there bathroom.
Thus was my first time at this establishment. I like to support local small businesses, and I love a good bacon cheeseburger. It is kind of pricey. If you want a double-bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, you are going to spend $20+, which I don't mind if the burger is really good. I didn't unwrap my burger until I left the parking lot. I immediately noticed that the meat smelled tainted as if it were spoiled. I took a bite, and it tasted tainted also. I decided I didn't want to risk eating spoiled meat. I returned the burger a few hours later and explained what had happened. They offered to remake my order, but I declined. They did not offer a refund.
