Been a long time customer of this business even before it had it's current name. But they just lost my business permanently today. They can't seem to get any order right anymore apparently making a pepperoni and bacon pizza is to hard. They said they deliver the right pizza in 30 minutes after 1hour called back they claimed it was on the way still. 30 minutes later called back again they said that they didn't know anything about it.I never got my pizza, my advice is save your money and go somewhere else like Pappa John's or Marcos.

I have ordered from here plenty of times. I ordered pickup today and sat inside for over an hour. Then was told she needed 10-15 more minutes. I never even got my food, it just took entirely too long for 2 pizzas and wings. I am never going back here. And please do not leave that Generic response from management. Save it. I will make sure to put this on my social media how dissatisfied I am.

Celano's you need more stars ???.. this is our family's favorite place to eat. The food is amazing, staff is wonderful,. Our order Is ALWAYS correct. You have no idea the trust we have in this place. Celano's is like family to our family. Thank you for all you do we appreciate you celano's.

I’ve ordered $70 worth of food. Was told it would be an hr to about an hr n 15 mins ok no problem. While ordering I asked the employee taking my order if the wings were whole wings or party wings. She stated they were whole wings. I asked was she sure she stated yes she’s sure. Ok no problem 25 whole wings for $30. The owner delivered the food. Opened the wing container and it was party wings. I got half sauced and the other half just naked. I called up there to see maybe there was a mistake made. The manager got on the phone immediately with an attitude. I was attempting to speak with her about what I asked for and what I received. She stated that those are the only wings they sell and she didn’t know what I meant by a whole wing. I told her that a whole wing is not broken in pieces and that what I have are called party wings or sections. She kept trying to argue with me about what whole wings were and that what she gave me was whole wings. So I decided to go up there with my husband. Met the owner and he’s just as rude as his employee if not disrespectful and unprofessional. While my husband was trying to speak with the owner he was cutting off my husband while speaking and was stating that the manager is the best he can find and that he is only loyal to her because she has been with him from the beginning. He also stated that he gets complaints all the time and she handles them. I stated that if you were getting complaints all the time then there’s a problem within the business. Especially how you handle the complaints. All in All I will never spend my money on this establishment ever again. The manager is extremely rude and this is not my first time dealing with her bad attitude. The owner is rude and if he doesn’t have the time to hear out a customer then he should hire more people to make the necessary adjustments within the business. ⭐️

I hate having to leave a bad review, but after two bad experiences in a row and no resolution, I’m a little upset with this location. About a month ago we ordered dinner from there and even ordered pick up and after the 40 minute estimated wait we waited an additional 45 minutes inside the restaurant because the order was still not ready. The , last Tuesday we ordered delivery and the driver forgot part of the order and offered to bring it back by or to offer a credit to the account. He did neither. We will never be back to this location again.

PLACED A TAKE-OUT ORDER ON FEB 4TH VIA THE WEBSITE. WAS TOLD BY WEBSITE OREDR WOULD BE RADY BY 12:15 PM.FINALLY GOT ORDER AT 12:30 PM & DID NOT GET ANY OF THE DRINKS THAT WERE CHARGED FOR WITH THE LUNCH SPECIALS. IT WAS TOO FAR TO DRIVE BACK TO PICK UP THE DRINKS.FOOD WAS GREAT--SERVICE WAS LESS THAN DESIRABLE.NOT TERRIBLY UPSET, BUT YOU NEED TO WORK ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered at 5:58pm, it said it will be delivered at 7:49pm which ok you’re busy I get it. 7:58 rolls around tracking shows no progress so I call them, after waiting on hold twice they knock $15 off my $71 dollar bill tell me sorry we’re backed up it will be there in 30 to 45 minutes, an hour and ten minutes later I finally get some cold wings ,room temp pizza, and NOT the garlic cheese bread I ordered. My daughter didn’t even get to eat dinner because she works early and she fell asleep waiting, only positive thing about it is the cheese bread was for her mostly so I didn’t have to hear her cry about not getting it. I feel robbed by this experience, like they just stole my wallet.

They changed their name from Cecil Whittakers, but they still have the same ol unprofessionalism.My food was not very good and cold when it got here! (Only 30mins)They forgot half my order. When I called they said they could bring it in 15 mins, I waited an hour and called back they said they could give a credit or I could wait two hours. (I recently lost a vehicle and it was raining) so I’d just wait, I waited this long.It was a salad and soda.I call back almost 3 hours later and they tell me the delivery driver won’t deliver it.I shouldn’t have tipped…After I waited over 4 hours and it was their fault it wasn’t delivered in the first place and when i ask for my whole order to be refunded they have to wait for the manager to return to the store…. Never again.

Terrible. They charge almost $40 for single pizza and here's the service I got: They never delivered the pizza. When I call to ask what's going on, all they do is put me on hold and hang up on me.That's the kind of service they provide? When one pizza is almost $40? Pathetic.
