They refry old chicken. Their side food is served warm which leaves room for bacteria. Some don’t use gloves while picking up chicken. Dirty restaurant. Some employees are mean!

Horrible! I just went to get dinner and was told they had no strips and the chicken would be a 30 minute wait. I said ok and ordered a 10pc a family okra a family bomber and a family fry. It totaled to 33 dollars which seemed high but I didn't want to go anywhere else. The chicken took 30 minutes so I paid and then went home which is 3 minutes away. When I got home and started to plate our food all of the family sides were refrigerator cold. You mean to tell me that they literally made the sides before the chicken was ready and let them sit there and get cold like that! I'm so damn mad I could scream. Now I'm microwaving everybody plate which defeats the point of me stopping to pick up dinner. I'll never go there again and I'm calling their corporate office and sending an email first thing in the morning. $33 for trash.February 20th,2024 11 am UpdateMust be under new management because today was a good day. The person who took my order over the speaker was polite, funny and efficient. When I made it to the window to pay the cashier was also very polite and professional and smiled while she did her job, imagine that! Turns out the manager was who took my order and she was delightful. I give my experience today a 10 out of 10. From the customer service to the piping hot chicken and sweet buttery soft biscuit everything is top tier. I'll be back and hopefully I receive the same. Great job.

one of the worst service I've ever had. took for ever to order and the forever to get my order because the two people filling the orders acted like it was there first day. They didn't have a clue about what they were doing. they had 5 customers waiting on their food because one order was waiting on french fries. So they wouldn't fill any other ones till the fries cooked. Have been going to this store for years. This isn't the first time I have had problems. But might be my last time going there .They would just stand there and stare at all the orders on screen but not fill them.

I really wish they would close this location. My mom asked for a leg and a small piece for the two piece. They gave her the exact opposite trying to be smart. When i asked the lady she had a bad attitude. A mess and the chicken wasn’t even done on the inside.
