Used to come here once a week, I live a two minute drive away, went to get the food the minute I was told it was ready (7:30, got there at 7:31). Ordered my entire family food, all the food was cold.Got a “spicy teriyaki bowl” I had to go up to the counter to get any sauce at all, because even though I put down “spicy teriyaki sauce, teriyaki sauce, extra of both, more on the side” they decided to not put any sauce in the bag nor on the bowl itself. Customer service was very poor, made me feel like I was burden asking for what was supposed to originally be in my meal.Went for jasmine rice and chicken, rice was extremely undercooked, one of the (3) pieces of chicken I received chicken was raw, took an unlucky bite and immediately threw up.I love crazybowls but will never be going to the Florissant location again.

Because of her and appetizer I got; I had to bring mom for dinner.It’s refreshing to be able to go to a restaurant that has food that is vegetable-based and tasty .Vegetarian options: The only meat they offer is chicken and salmon. Those are not automatically put into anything unless you ask for them so basically you can get everything vegetarian. They even have great tofu.Dietary restrictions: They don’t put cilantro in everything!
My food was a part of a large luch order that my co-wokeCrs and I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I absolutely love CBW. I ordered Lettuce Wraps ( Thai, Medditeranian, and Ceasar). The protie, grains, and the rest of the filling ingredients were fresh and superb. However, the Romaine lettuce leaves that were used for the wraps were unfortunately all bruised and brown. I am guessing this was because the got a a bad batch of lettuce in stock. I took my uneaten meal back to the restaurant after work to address the issues I experienced. I called ahead to the store to express my issues and concerns, and to inform them that I wasplanning to stop by. The staff at the restaurant was more than happy to ablige, and in fact my order was even ready when I arrive at the restaurant. I did have to return the next day because, to no avail, the lettuce was still bad. I returned the next day to another greatcustomer service experience. The crew member that served me that day was EQUALLY AMAZING. He gladly and very politely offered me more lettuce at no charge! I an not wait to return.

I ordered a bbq chicken wrap, it was delicious. I ordered with my October lunch bunch group. The sauce was really good, but I LOVE bbq so I could be biased.

We ordered a large order online to be picked up. I arrived 5 minutes late but still had to wait 5 minutes. The manager apologized and helped me carry all the meals to my car. Extremely polite - Thank you! Remember to ask for pico!
