I ordered a personalized cake for my baby sister’s birthday last week. Picked up the cake and got home for it to be tiny pieces of black hair in the icing. I took the cake back and the staff acted as if they didn’t care and told me the policy was that once I paid for the cake there were no refunds. I understand the policy but there were hairs in the cake and my sisters have a birthday party with a cake with hairs in it! They were able to exchange it for an already made cake but I was hesitant as there were hairs in the previous cake. At this point I have no choice because my sisters are without a cake. The hygiene and professionalism of this establishment needs to be addressed. There should be no reason that there is hairs in anyone’s food. I have tried to call this establishment many times but no answer and even written to corporate with no response. My sister’s personalized experience was ruined due to the employees neglecting their personal hygiene requirements for work. I would not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant because you might find a hair in your food too.

I have to say that out of the gazillion times I’ve been at DQ, the two young ladies at the front Torrey and Jada provided excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in, they spoke with a pleasant hello and smiled. This is by far the best service I have ever received from this location and from any DQ. They are not the only ones to give decent service but they understand the assignment! I usually do not do pickup inside orders, but I was glad to have seen these two young ladies provide great service. That goes a long way!! Please recognize them!!

The manager Kylie took my order . I told her I wanted my food cooked fresh. She repeated everything back to me and still gave me cold food. When I called up there she wasn’t helpful at all. So I have to drive all the way back up there just to return this food for a refund . I won’t be going back here after this !

I don't know why you can't get hot food anymore ? I also asked for extra Mayonnaise on my burger and they didn't put any. Fast food places are just not like they used to be anymore. The food is never hot, the French fries are cold the sandwich is warm. I just need to start back cooking at home.

The last time (12/16/22) we ordered from this location, they got our order completely wrong. This time (11/18/23), they did it again. This time they made the custom burger with half of what was ordered and added items that wasn’t ordered. I have a tomato allergy and they put tomatoes on my burger. We will not be patronizing this location again.
Drive up speaker seemed to be hinky so we were in clear whether our order would be accurate. After confirming everything at the window, it was still incorrect. I would like to trust that employee could double check, but nope.

I was running around town with the grands handling our business and getting exercise when of course we started to get hungry. We saw DQ was close and jotted over to the restaurant and ordered up a lot of food for all appetites and I didn't pay a whole lot. We ate it all and got full and ate some desert and was on our way.

I feel the food quality didn't fit the price they had on items. They are asking too much for their old oil tasting fried food for lunch or dinner. We were disappointed in the taste, & later it made us belch up old oil taste. It truly is disappointing that such an iconic fast food desert place has resorted to using old oil. I also noticed hair not being in hairnets, & the long hair would dangle around food & drink. Too long of nails to be handing out food. I would not recommend this place for dune in or take out.
