Best frozen custard in the best local frozen custard market in the nation. This is what Shake Shack is trying to do elsewhere (and they are good, but Fritz's in better). The Florissant location is the best of the best.

Me and my girlfriend go for an ice cream date every weekend. It was my first time here. The serve was very good and helpful with explaining their options. We got a cookie dough concrete and Reese's concrete it was soft and the consistency for the custard was great and definitely was not shy with the toppings.

I had the pleasure of visiting Fritz's after walking up and down St François at our Fall Festival. ALWAYS a great day in Florissant for sure! As always it was a perfect experience, I always think I'm going to try something new and different, however I always end up with my favorite, chocolate concrete with heath/toffee, which of course is DELICIOUS! Fritz's is a gem for sure in Florissant! Stop in and order your favorite...you won't be disappointed ?

One of the best custard places around. I remember coming here when I was young when my grandma lived right down the street. Now, I just live right down the street and still love coming here and hopefully my kids and grandkids will too.

We got the all-oop which is a strawberry cheesecake sundae. Mine was regular. The other party had a hard chocolate shell. She had to have it remade. The clerk at the 2nd window was rude about the order being incorrect. That's why I gave 3 stars.This visit didn't meet the customers expectations.

Giving 4 stars for the customer service, which was great. As far as the atmosphere this place is really run down. I used to come here as a child (30 plus years ago). This is Florissant!!! Really! There were mostly caucasian people staring at us like they never saw people of color. Lol I live in Saint Peters, a ways away & people are nowhere near racist.
