I was very disappointed with our Pizza. It was overcooked and dry. I love IMO’s pizza but can’t say I enjoyed this one at all. The chefs salad was still very good .this was Feb 10th at 11:00am. #8

This is the ONLY Imos location I will eat from...the pizza is made to a crisp finish when asked. I hate a soggy Imos pizza. The toasted ravioli and cheese bread are a nice addition to a meal also. Try them

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I ORDERED A PLAIN CAESAR SALAD WITH EGG AND THEY GAVE A SALAD WITH PEPPERS AND SENT A PIZZA WITH SAUCE DRIPPING OFF THE SIDE JUST HORRIBLE!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER JORDAN AND SHE STATED I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER WORK AND PICKING UP MY KIDS IN A SNOW STORM OR HOLD ON TO THE ITEMS FOR DAYS AND COME WHEN I CAN SINCE I DONT LIVE IN THE AREA! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUND FOR ITEMS WE PAID FOR THAT WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN! THEN A MAN NAME JOE GOT ON THE PHONE YELLING STATING HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND HOW HE HAS TO DO NOTHING AND IS NOT GOING TO REFUND ANYTHING THAT WASNT GIVEN! I placed an online order. I arrived to pickup I waited patiently for a few minutes. As nobody greeted or said they’ll be right with me. A young lady walked the front counter. As a young man continued boxing other people orders. I then asked excuse me is there anyone working the front counter. Everyone looked but again nobody responded. So I nicely walked out & went elsewhere with no plans on returning.
I ordered at 530pm was told 45 minutes 720 pm still no pizza, been on hold for 8 mins than hung up on poor service never ordering again

I was on a job in St Louis and went to Imo's on Parker. The people there were great and I had a wonderful conversation with a fellow customer while our pizzas were being prepared. The pizza was delicious and Imo's on Parker Road will be my go-to place for pizza next time I'm in STL.

Everytime I come home to STL for a visit I love to have Imo's & a few other nostalgic favs. This location was good. The food was hot & taste good. Veggie pizza & toasted ravioli was as ordered. Always enjoy it. ??Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza

I ordered pizza at 645pm and at my last phone call to imos at 938pm they were making my pizza for a third time now! During that 3hour window my pizza had been made a total of 3 different times due to someone supposedly not being at the firehouse when the driver attempted delivery #1, then on delivery attempt #2 she supposedly got a flat tire! In 3 hours I called 6 times and even offered to come pick it up but was told the driver is out for delivery everytime I asked. I was told I would get a refund after I demanded one and still haven’t gotten it. Also dying those 6 phone calls they were acting like children picking the phone up and not saying anything and just letting me listen to back ground noise! Worst experience ever and will never eat here again, especially knowing this is how they treat first responders!
