I love imo's. I'm from St. Louis, but we have to get better as people and learn how to talk and treat each other. Also, H R needs to do better in there hiring. And employee process, we need to do better screening. Because we need people person people, not just somebody working a job. We need to know how to treat and talk to one another. Highly disgusted!!!!! I ordered an online order that came up to $50.41 the wings were huge and my pizza was cold. I called both employees were rude over the phone and rude when I took it back to get my refund will never order from this location or any other location ever again!!!! That’s the way I get treated after spending my money poor customer service!!!!

I wish I could give this establishment a negative 10 on customer service. I purchased over $60 worth of food for my family only to have part of my order incorrectly prepared. I immediately contacted the manager and she was extremely rude!! I came in the next day with food in hand and asked for a refund. The manager Nick denied me a refund giving me an excuse and telling me he was too busy!!! Horrible Horrible customer service!!!

****DELIVERY TICKET #204 FRIDAY OCT 13TH 2023*** Friday night Oct. 13th around 10:30pm I ordered pizza for delivery for my kids. When the pizza was delivered the pizza was overcooked and when she cooked the pizza she forgot to put the bacon on the pizza and threw it on the pizza AFTER it was cooked. It was a little after 11 at night and they closed at midnight. So the next morning I called and the manager onsite was the same manager that was on duty the night before who made my pizza. She got on the phoneyelling and ranting saying I should have called last night and she admitted that yeah she did put the bacon on the pizza after it was cooked and that some people prefer it that way.... ???And her boss is not letting them give any credits. She continued to over talk me and yell. Her attitude was TERRIBLE if she really is a manager she needs to be fired ASAP! I have been ordering pizza from this location for years but this is definitely my last time ordering from this location.
