I'll never spend money at Jack in the box again. I ordered about 30 dollars worth of food on the app only to get to the store for them to tell me they are out of everything. How could you be out of everything in your store? And to make matters worse they wouldn't give me a refund. They tell you to do it in the app. Well I've contacted them several times about it and they seem to not care. And you can't just get a refund in the app either. This is ridiculous how down hill this place has gone. I used to love Jack in the box

So first off, I ordered a loaded curly fry along with some other things. There was no problem until AFTER my payment was taken then their manager comes to the window to tell me that they don’t have the loaded curly fry and I was actually charged for some chicken basket with fries or something. Then I ask if I can have a refund and he tells me that my transaction didn’t go through, which wasn’t true because it reflected on my bank statement. So I ask if he can just give me something else instead of the loaded fry and he tries to charge us AGAIN for the full amount of the ticket which came up to be $16. So essentially wanted me to spend $30 on his mistake. His employee James kept trying to rectify the situation but was being stopped by the manager until eventually he let James hand us an order which still wasn’t what we ordered but it was better than nothing because I’m pregnant and needed to eat. I don’t even believe he was a real manager because he had no uniform on, smelled like weed, and his eyes were red.

Waited at the speaker to order for 10 mins, no one ever came. I ended up leaving. It's a hit or miss if the people feel like working

It's either closed or only accepting door dash. Why do I have to pay a dude to bring me $.60 taco?! Last time I was actually able to get served, the lady at the window shamed me for wanting ranch with my tacos. She said it was gross. I embarrassingly said my wife wanted it and then I burnt out. I ate the tacos with the sauce and felt bad about myself.

I rolled up to the drive thru at 9pm. Asked for a munchie meal and they said they can’t do that, they said they were out? Idk what that means. Asked for tacos and they said they can’t do those because they’re frozen? I left immediately. Bye *I went to Taco Bell instead and it was way better food and service*

This location is the very best in our area, and we have several to choose from. They get the order right every time, and Jack would be proud to know the food is hot, made correctly, and lives up to the reputation! The burger was not prepared correctly. The sour dough bread was not toasted. Don't think I will visit again. My lunch cost too much for it not to be prepared correctly. There was no line so this was unacceptable

Ordered the big box of popcorn chicken and got a hand full of fries and crumbs with 15 pea size and 1 quarter sized pieces of chicken for 8.00 I had to drive back and complain the girl told me no money back but she would get me the more chicken so I waited 13mins and she did get me the chicken..she was nice but im pretty done with all the Jacks anymore either dont get waitted on or order is wrong: (
Just got off work super hungry It’s 10:42pm this location don’t close till 12am so I’m ready to eat! I pull up you can’t get in the building but it’s two cars parked outside so I know people are in there , I go to the drive thru I get to the speaker and nobody answered so I sit there for about 5 minutes yelling “Hello” still nothing so I pull around to the window and I don’t see anyone and the kitchen area lights are off but the lobby lights are on and drinks are on the table… this ain’t the first time for this location I’m sick of it and something needs to be done it’s not much places open to eat when I get off and it’s sad when the place you count on to get some food late is unprofessional and avoids serving their customers it’s a bad look on Jack in the Box as a whole … Hopefully this gets resolved now I have to spend my money somewhere else for tonight

I'm not sure if they got a new manager or new staff members but customer service has improvedUpdate 4/28I went through drive-thru today and the person was actually amazing. While there were about 3-4 of the staff was outside smoking or talking to each other. The drive-through cashier was polite courteous and prompt to get me my food. Much improved from last time I went 2 months ago.

Second time in two weeks I have been disappointed with service at Jack in the Box at 2095 US 67 (Lindbergh) in Florissant. Last week they were short staffed and were only taking delivery orders (Grubhub and Door Dash). Today ordered tacos and sandwich for my husband. As they handed me my order, I asked if they gave me taco sauce? The young man replied, “we’re all out”. How do you sell tacos with no sauce. After arriving home, my husband empties the bag and finds all the ketchup stuck together and several packets appear to be opened. It’s as if they took them out of the trash!!! Last visit for us.
