The place is trash all together worst management ever. Worst co workers Ive ever been beside. I’ll rejoice when the building gets shut down. Jeremy Bonk is the worst owner and doesn’t know anything about what’s going on at his restaurant R.I.P to integrity if enter the doors of this establishment.

Doesn't even deserve any stars I didn't get my almost $6 drink and I got an onion ring but they were burnt asf and there was litterally 3 rings and two of them were stuck together burnt. Like wtf I don't like complaining but when I had to wait an hour to get my food delivered I'd expect my s*** to be right. I've worked in fast food before and I know damn well it ain't that f****** hard to put onion rings in a box at least more than 3.

All these bad reviews and still nothing done. This was one of the better restaurants now since before covid the place has gone down, dont know when they're open when they are you got the workers on job high not doing their job food quality sucks, can't get my favorite loaded breakfast sandwich late night or early morning. Need to get people in that want to work and not just show up to get a pay check, fire all of them and get new people. Craving one of those sandwiches now but i know i cant get one and its just 7:45 pm cause those kids can't run the store like its supposed to be ran

Had to wait in line 5 mins before anybody would wait on me, because everybody was horsing around obviously no manager on duty. This location was very dirty, employees untrained on customer service act like they did not want you there nor be bothered with you. Everybody was just leaning against the counter playing on their phone dancing and having fun .Don't understand how the health department rated them an A.

I waited for about 10 minutes while no one took my order in the drive through. I pulled up to the window, where staff stood around and stared directly at me for a few minutes before finally coming over and taking my order. I've never experienced anything like it, and definitely won't be back.

Place was in disarray and no employees, placed a mobile order (basically had my money stolen as I pressed “make food” on my way up there). Second time a mobile app has stolen my money (1st time was McDonald’s on St. Ann). No more mobile ordering I guess, that’s seriously messed up (this place is gonna tank just like the Hazelwood location off Dunn/Taylor..)*Update: I filled out a complaint online at heyjackbox.com right before I left the restaurant, still no response. I’ll give it another day before disputing transaction with my bank. I understand that labor shortage is serious, but it’s basically theft and avoidance at this point..*

Always something missing, out or shorted with this place. 5 Onion rings passed off as a large order. Missing receipts (always out of receipt paper) Only accepting exact cash one day, then only accepting credit cards the next. The only thing the customer doesn’t get shorted on is grease!

Quit saying your sorry to all the replays and spend time at your restaurant. And fix the problems the most ghetto store ever. Was in line forever said they are not taking cash and got order wrong. I am contacting corporate. You should shut your doors. Your website is not secure. If you really care spend time in your trash heap of a store

I stopped in around 8pm and was told immediately at the drive thru speaker they were only taking cash. That was fine. No stuffed jalapeños, ok, still fine, had the sourdough jack and onion rings. Waited almost 10 minutes at window, asked for receipt and was told they didn't have paper to print on. Bread was not toasted, soggy, and cold. They couldn't even be bothered to put napkins in.

This store needs to close u shop...Attempted to order at 1.30 on 04/19/22 the new buy one get one breakfast jack...Was told they do not do breakfast at this hour! I told the girl who would not give name that they serve breakfast 24 hrs a day...she stated not today. I made the order for other food and then was told I could not have a receipt as they had not paper. I informed her I would like to speak to the manage and she told me no. I drove around to come in and she locked the door. This place needs new people or needs to close. Where is the manager?

I feel very sorry for the young women who worked to with the blonde braids @4pm. She was the only staff member working!!! Staff was outside talking on the phone and chilling!!She needs a promotion and they all need to be fired!!The food took so long that we wanted a refund!DONT GO HERE!!

At 10:45 am, not busy, no tea at all -sweet or unsweet. No reason given and didn't offer if they could make and I would have waited. Got a breakfast sandwich only that was outrageous on the price, $2.60 w tax, for a sandwich that had one very thinly sliced piece of ham. Just disappointing. Positive comments- employee was very nice and the sandwich did taste good.

I have now been to this Jack in the Box 3 times, all three times have been 3+ hours before close and two times I have been told, “we closed,” while the third time I was told that during a register change business cannot be transacted, in very different words. Two of those three times there have been multiple employees standing visibly on the front line and even if registers and cash are being changed out, you have more than one register and common sense would dictate that one remain open so business can still be conducted; though with only 15+ years of food service management experience I probably have no idea what I’m talking about. Step it up or shut it down, because right now you’re garbage.

Stuck In the drive-thru line for 35 minutes. Could not move backward or forward because cars were in front and behind me. When finally able to order I was told cash only. No cash on me at the time.
