The customer service here sucks the dark skinned young lady with the braids has a very nasty attitude the young lady who has the cross eyes is very rude as well don't worry I will not be back makes no sense that you place your order 7 minutes past the hour and you're still standing in the line 20 minutes later they didn't acknowledge that I was standing there until a line of people came in and was standing behind me the young lady with the braids gave me my bag open didn't say thank you have a good day didn't have any napkins or ketchup in the bag so I stood there waiting on somebody to acknowledge that I still wanted something else so since it took them so long to acknowledge that I still had something that I wanted to do I asked for my money back in all reality I just needed some napkins and ketchup get rid of both of them

My experience was horrible. The chicken was dry, cold and tiny…..it was not edible! How sad that kfc doesn’t pay attention to what is being served

They ran out of original chicken in the middle of dinner time and had to substitute with crispy. The girl at the drive thru window apologized and was very polite and friendly though.

Tiffany Took my order in drive thru @ about 3:28 pm and she was the cashier as well. Rude as hell. Yelling at the speaker in a unprofessional tone. Then didnnt want to give me any sauce to go with my food , like really so problematic for no reason. DONT RECCOMEND LOCATION.

Super Bowl Sunday 11 AM, I asked if the wings were fried with the original recipe this morning, she said yes, but they didn’t appear to be once I arrived at my location. Be aware, always check your food in front of the Drive through window.

It was very fast service with a drive through that had little people and I got my food
I went through the drive through ordered and told it was going to be a wait on my biscuit. No one was even behind me. I pulled up and waited 10 minutes while no one came outside to hand me my order. I drove back around and was told that it was not their problem or their responsibility for them to hand me my food. They also told me that I should've never pulled up because my biscuits were ready immediately, yet I was told to pull up and wait regardless. The manager stepped in and told me that the wait was 14 minutes on my biscuit. That means that someone was lying to me. The service is never good here.
Went through the drive threw. Told that the drive threw was closed. Went inside to place carryout order. Tried the chicken nuggets. Not bad, might be better if we ate in the dining room. Coleslaw was ok, but tasted "watery" or from the night before. Gravy was also very "watery" or thin. Again this might be because we got the order to ho and had a 10 minute drive home. The fountain soda machine didn't produce ice. The beverages were not cold. Had I known this I'd have gotten ice. There was a few people behind me, so I didn't interrupt the line.
