Went to pick up dinner ny steak and grilled chicken. Made it home to eat and guess what my grilled chicken was SPOILED! As soon as my husband and I started to eat the meat and instantly vomited. Called and went back up to the store. The manager try to act like I didn’t get it there. The young lady that waited on me give her the name in which I ordered. Then, the manager went to the back to the cook and their response was they have been cooking grilled chicken all day. I told them to taste it, Respond was if you want a refund, you order online, it take 5 - 7 days for a refund. No apology for giving out bad food.

Pizza, spot on. Crispy, thin, hot, good. But their chef salad-WOW! Loaded with a ton of thin strips of salami and ham, tons of cheese and an amazing house Italian. Highly recommend! Easily enough for 2-3 meals

This is the best spot in the area. HANDS DOWN. I've ordered a few things now, but my favorite is the pizza and burgers. They have excellent coupons so you can try everything at a great price. I've never had an issue with an order and delivery was quick. The French fries had a delicious crispy texture and everything tastes fresh. I've only done carry out or delivery, but during pick up the restaurant looked clean and quiet. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I order from here regularly and it never disappoints. We typically order a burger and fries and a pizza and split everything and it always hits the spot.

Had great service. The food was great. It's nice that you can eat in at this location. They have a tv and many tables. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. It seems identical to Cecil Whitickars. Maybe just a name change? We will continue to visit when in town. The pizza is St. Louis style. Thin crust with provolone cheese I believe. If you like Imos you will like Celanos. Huge sandwich selection, wings and salads as well.

This establishment has gone down. The last time I ordered the Tuesday special ( steak n Potato). The steak was spoiled. It had a slight odor and the meat tasted tangy. I called the location to inform them of my dissatisfaction. They checked the area were they housed the steaks and agreed that the steaks were spoiled and had an odor. They stated that I could return the order and get a replacement or my money back. Today I was refused my money back after being told differently. I requested to receive a telephone or address for the owner. They gave me the run around and said the owner was out of town. This is poor business! All I wanted is my money back for some rank meat that is being served to customers . The Better Business Bureau and others will be hearing from me ?

This is by far the most unprofessional unorganized place i've ever visited. Literally every time I order delivery my order never gets delivered. This latest time I placed my order at 5:25 my order said my ETA was 6:25 I called at 6:40 cause my order had not arrived they told me they were just busy. Ok I called at 7pm they ensured me again my order would arrive hot and fresh. At 7:25 a full 2 hrs later my order still had not arrived I called again, this time they checked and said my order never printed to the back so I canceled. This is the 2nd time this had happened to me ordering delivery, anytime i order pick up its at least an extra 45 minutes from the time they say my order would be ready.

The Gyro was good but whomever it was running the register on Aug. 25th 2021 around 12p.m., has got poor customer service skills. If she is the one who owns this business, you should be lucky that people come through the door.

Yesterday we ordered pizza from Cecil Whitaker's. I asked for a contactless delivery. The pizza took two hours to get here, which makes sense with the wether and it being a Saturday night, what didn't make sense was the driver kept knocking on the door after he placed the food at the requested spot and wouldn't leave the food, now making this a non -contactless delivery. When I opened the door I said "Dude..." with the intention of asking him why he just would he not fully follow the instructions, but he interrupted me to apologize about the delivery time, like he fundamentally didn't understand the whole concept of a contactless delivery. So I just ended things there to not make this situation worse. This morning a felt some guilt about the interaction last night and I wondered if I forgot to set up a tip online and that's why he was knocking. I felt bad that since the guy was out in the rain delivering pizzas all night while the rest of us were in our nice dry homes, then I check the the reciept and I did pre-pay the tip, so I have no idea why he didn't just leave the food like we requested.

New York Grill is my go-to when I don't want to cook. I like to get a little something different each time, and everything I have had, from the steak, fish, burgers, and sides have all been so tasty! Their toasted ravioli are crave-worthy! A little on the pricy side to order often, but you get what you pay for - consistently good food and superb service. 10/10.

I'm just here for the fried mushrooms! They have a huge menu. Almost too many items to choose from. As you can guess, most of them grilled or fried. The mushrooms are always good though! They have drinks and a few dessert selections. The prices are okay. If you want your fried fix, this is the place!
