Manager, black male. I put my order asked for certain chicken pieces that I paid for and when I got home it was not even what i paid for and this is the second time this has happened. The workers can't follow simple instructions. I called for manager and gentleman answered and I asked who is the manager and the man said HOW CAN I HELP YOU with an attitude and I kindly asked 4 times and he said he was the manager I asked who was I speaking to and he was rude and hung up on me.

I went through the drive through and my car was pulled for a wait on a chicken sandwich. 40 min later I got the sandwich, which I believe was only brought out because they needed to pull another car ahead to wait where I was parked. After going home I discovered the sandwich was missing the red Honey Hot sauce it was supposed to come with. I ate my cold meal and then went back to the store to get a refund. I brought the sandwich which was soggy but without sauce back to the store, but was denied a refund for the cold food that I didn't bring back to the store with me. The manager proceeded to argue with me trying to say there was sauce on there which there clearly wasn't. The manager then accused me of playing games when asking for a refund due to the poor service and then told me to get out of his store. The level of disrespect at not owning a mistake over a ten dollar meal is insane. It wasn't about the money, but the poor service and then attitude about asking for a refund. I used to go here a couple times a month, but never will again due to the poor service and disrespectful way in which they tried to dismiss their error. Avoid this location if you want Lee's just go somewhere else. This store has terrible customer service.

I go here regularly...the staff is great and there's nothing wrong with service...until you try to get the right stuff. I asked for coupons to take with me for later (no reason to deny me coupons cause the coupons, are not good any way) but I was told "we don't have coupons." Even though there was coupons in my bag after I ordered. This location also does not honor online offers and you cannot order online from here. Also, I get terrible "bubble gut" after ordering anything normal, but my efforts to "keep things fresh (ie, different orders) are always met with long wait times and less than satisfactory quality. Case and point, I order a lunch platter country fried steak (which I know comes with white gravy) and receive a country fried steak with brown gravy. I'm told that they don't serve white gravy and they don't have it even though I've had the white gravy with my country fried steak here multiple times.

2/20/2024I ordered a Lee's famous pot pies ? @ 7:19pm I get home and go to eat it and it was spoiled, it turned my stomach. I call up to talk to a Manager @ 8:30pm and she says bring back the spoiled pot pie and they'll replace it. At this point I'm like no, I don't even want another one and you are 30 min away. A waste of my time and your loss of a customer. Not handled professionally.

The food would be awesome if the chicken was fried a little longer, but, overall, Lee's has good food that is worth you buying. The baked beans and biscuits are awesome. Also, the chicken has a great seasoning recipe.When I go back to St. Louis, I will return.
I was in the drive thru and was told to pull up front by workers because they were still waiting on my chicken sandwich. They never brought my chicken out, I pulled up to drive thru window and asked where was my food. They seemed surprised and confused, asking what did I order, wing? Worker asked if I want a drink, another side and I said I have my drink and side comes with order. Then she asked for my receipt to see what I ordered. 5 mjnutes later, they have my cold food. Unacceptable! I will not come back to this restaurant. I watched several cars go thru driveway and another car pulled behind and worker brought their food out. People also walked into restaurant and got their food. I don't typically post reviews but I'm sick of the lack of customer service in America!

I should have looked at the rates on Yelp because my food from here was terrible. I ordered 5 piece strips with wedges and okra. My strips were dry and so was the wedges. I'm so disappointed.
