I will share a picture ordered the 3 chicken meal didn’t look @ my order when I was there. Haven’t had long John silver in years wanted something different. I was disappointed when I made it home an seen these three chicken fillet. They look like baby chicken fingers not for a grown person. Sent the picture to my friend he laughed so hard ?! Not to mention who ever prepared my meal strategically set the hush puppies, the two hush puppies next to the chicken so I can see how small it is even more!!! ??? this is horrible!My 2 sides was the Mac a cheese And green beans with extra hush puppies. And one of the chickens was Old and stale. ??♀️

I went through the drive thru for lunch. Not busy, only one other person ahead of me and nobody dining inside. Took 20mins to take my order and at one point they just disappeared. I would have backed out and left but by this time other cars were behind me. Attitude at window was garbage and food quality was trash...even for fast food standards

32 dollars for 16 pieces of chicken that were small three pieces were the size of mc donalds chicken nuggets and for them to say they are cooking it fresh the were dry and dark brown and over crunchy not good or wroth the 60 dollars I paid for never

Spent 48.52. Missing food. Had to argue with them to get a fry that was paid for and they told me I didnt it was on the receipt!! Wife had the chicken and fries and said they were un eat able. Never coming back to this location!!!! Horrible place to eat!!!!

First of all, its always 10 below in here, you cant eat in the lobby or you will freeze to death. They never have any conidiments, didnt have any hot sauce, bbq sauce, or ranch!!! The rice was gummy and tasteless, the fish, chicken tenders, coleslaw and shrimp were great, they did'nt give many fries AT ALL, and the card machine was down but they werent telling people until AFTER they ordered which was insane! Smh do better LJS, its not that many locations here!

I visited this location on Nov,12th the services was good, food was awesome, Long John Silver's crew member was very polite. I only had one problem. I was missing one chicken, and side of corn. I tried calling the store back for 2 days and an answering machine come on saying they are helping other customers. So when I didn't get any answers from calling the store. I went to the website for customer service and completed the survey and left my issue that I experienced. I left my name and number, email address and I still never did get anyone to contact me back. It's been over two weeks no one has called yet concerning my food I paid for and didn't not receive. It's sad that the owner hasn't contacted me.
