I placed and online order and arrived to the store at 10:27am. The drive thru did not start back up until 10:30am. I then asked about a refund. I was then told that "Jay" the manager would not be able to refund me and that it'll go back to my card. If an order is placed before the deadline and so arrive before 10:30 am I should have gotten my food. All McDonalds in North County are exhibiting poor customer service. I still would like a refund. The man taking orders was unfamiliar with what a store number is. Not a telephone number but store as in for location purposes.

Poor service, young staff, stank attitudes, staff looks hood, dirty apperance to match the inside, & no professionalism (unless you go early early in the morning!)Tried to pass off cold food, and refused to actually remake the order. Replaced the fries but everything else is cold. Becomes defensive bc you caught the lie & tries to force a refund stating "I'm not remaking it" instead of simply making the food correctly. Oh but had time to smoke & enjoyed her black & mild though. That, she had time for that.

I will NEVER go to this Mc Donald’s I did a mobile order and they never received the order even though I had a receipt confirming my order. The manager on duty that night was EXTREMELY rude. He said and I quote “ Why would people come to Mc Donald’s on New Years Eve?” As if people don’t eat all day everyday 365 days a year. I was basically told there’s nothing they can do about it. He treated everyone that came through the drive thru so disrespectful that evening. I could overhear other customers frustration at the way the manager treated them that evening. My suggestion is if you don’t like working at Mc Donald’s on New Years Eve go find somewhere else to work. Taking it out on customers was not cool.

This location is clearly stealing from their customers. If the item the customer is charged for is not available, a full refund for the item should be issued. The customer should NOT have to initiate a refund then get asked if they're sure they want a refund. This restaurant chain already doesn’t have the full menu at once, but they are pocketing the money for items not available. I will never visit this thieving store again and will be looking at my receipts from now on.

This is one of the slowest McDonalds. If you are the only car there, it will still take 5 minutes to get your food. And then it won't even be fresh. If there are 2 or more cars present, I won't even stop.

A couple of biscuits (egg, bacon, cheese) this morning. Hot, fresh, and had hair in one. Didn't open the other one right away.Otherwise, not a terrible experience, but not motivated to risk another trip and don't have the time to go back and point it out in person.Clean up this one issue and I would have had a positive drive-thru experience today.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the area. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and it gets worse every year. They are never open when they are supposed to be. Something is always broken or not working. You can sit in the drive thru for 20 min without anyone as much as saying hi. If you finally get to order I guarantee your order won’t be right. I can’t believe how bad the service is. It’s a shame.

SECTION 8 MCDONALD'S AVOID!!!!Getting paid to steal last time I was in there they were just giving free food out to friends while I waited 30 min to get food I paid for. Honestly sad that these are the new generation of kids lazy trash with no work ethic at all. Feel bad all I can say.
